• Prepare, produce and bake breakfast pastries, breads, croissants, rolls and some desserts in line with recipe cards.
• Assist in designing, executing and improving recipes.
• Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
• Focus on food quality and customer satisfaction.
• Keep records relating to inventory and production levels.
• Ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained and cleaning checklists are adhered to.
• Carry out all duties in line with departmental standards manual.
