    Digital Channels Tech Lead



    We are pleased to announce the following Position in the Digital IT Department within the Technology Division.   In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.

    Brief Description

    Reporting to the Senior Manager – Digital Engineering The position holder will be in charge of planning and development for mobile app, web portals, including extranets and intranets.  Above team and technology leadership the holder of the position will be expected to collaborate with leadership teams in the values value streams in order to ensure the delivery for the digital and online channels is in line with the business strategy for the units.


    • To provide technical leadership in architecting the digital channels (app & web portal) in the business by working with the relevant teams in ensuring fit for future architecture and design.
    • To lead the team in developing and designing the digital channels
    • Testing and Quality management: - Ensure unit testing is done and work hand in hand with the quality team to ensure that delivered developments are working optimally as per expected standards. This includes test plan and schedule development.
    • Governance and Standardization: - Document and implement digital channels management development governance and standards. This include code versioning, reference data management guidelines, code review process and other related software related processes.
    • Reporting: - Maintain reports on team delivery performance, vendor delivery performance, and development resource schedule cycle time, velocity, throughput and other relevant metrics.
    • 3rd line Support technical and team leadership: - Lead the support team in the defined domain areas in ensuring all related services and products are operationally optimal. This includes supporting 2nd line support when needed, problem resolution and bug fixing for already deployed solutions as per ITIL & ISO guidelines.
    • Lead in Supplier engagement for delivery and 3rd line support as need may arise
    • Lead in stakeholder engagement with the business to ensure the solutions delivered meet the expected customer experience
    • Mentor team members to ensure optimal performance.
    • Lead the team in optimal resource scheduling and allocation for delivery.
    • Lead the team in domain architecting for future proof solutions.
    • Research and development: - Take leadership in research and development and guide team in adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency in delivery. E.g. agile delivery, scrum methodologies, CI/CD, and other emerging methodologies.


    • Bachelor of Science Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Development or related subject
    • 5 years + experience in software development in a busy IT environment
    • Experience in mobile app development (android and IOS) and designing of web portals and chat-bots
    • Experience in Continuous integration and deployment methodologies using automated tools such as Jenkins
    • Experience in Software Engineering methodologies including Agile, Micro-services architecture.
    • Experience in building enterprise grade micro-services-based solutions, automated scaling in and out of services and session management and caching servers

    Ui Path/Robotic Process Automation Developer

    The Robotic process automation developer position is focused on delivering business value quickly by automating manual and repetitive tasks. This developer will have the opportunity to implement, design, develop and maintain automation using RPA solutions, Reflections, and scripting languages such as VBA, Python, and PowerShell.

    • Support the strategy, design, development, and deployment of RPA technology-enabled solutions to meet customer and company practice needs.
    • Working with a dynamic team to refine and expand the automation based upon users feedback
    • Work with functional and technical support to continuously develop and support the Enterprise RPA platform.
    • Work with customers on automation opportunities to consult, design, develop, and/o support solutions using RPA and potentially other technologies
    • Work closely with the business analyst and project managers to support the RPA architecture planning, development, and implementation effort through the delivery of quality and timely projects
    • Collaborate with client teams and RPA business analyst to analyze and design automation based upon business and technical requirements
    • Create reusable workflows and library components to reduce the development time and increase maintainability using UIPath.
    • Proactively identify issues and bugs and provide solutions to mitigate and resolve these issues
    • Maintain code quality and document all required artifacts
    • Perform audits at the end of each RPA project lifecycle
    • Facilitate RPA change management
    • Implement RPA best practices for customers and the company


    • Must have minimum 2+ years in developing RPA solutions.
    • Should have experience deploying at least two RPA solution in production.
    • Advanced skills in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts.
    • Experience with the configuration, development, testing and deployment of automation solutions
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
    • Genuine desire to learn is essential
    • UIPath Developer certification, desired; related or equivalent certifications acceptable

    Channels Support Analyst


    We are pleased to announce the following Position in the Digital IT Department within the Technology Division.   In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.

    Brief Description

    Reporting to the Manager – Channels Solutions - Customer Channels Support, the position holder will be responsible for provision of 1st and 2nd line support services for all contact center applications that fall under the domain of channels solutions. This position will involve liaising with other Information technology teams and vendors to offer quality IT services to the business.


    • Define and monitor data and application availability for all Contact Center applications.
    • Document and update processes and procedures in use for customer systems.
    • Coordination within the team and suppliers to ensure synergy is achieved and timelines are met in all team objectives.
    • Provide expert management of IT application incidents, root cause analysis, management of problems and closure of recurring incidents.
    • Creating system requirements for support and Testing of new products and systems functionality. Create high quality supportability requirements.
    • Test the achievement of supportability requirements, once systems are delivered by vendors
    • Maintain reports on SLA conformance and support trends.
    • Planning for application security and technology upgrades.



    • University Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, MSc/MBA added advantage
    • 4 years’ experience in a networked and dynamic IT environment at least 2 of those should be in a technical support position
    • 2 years Software development, Database administration and/or Application Support Experience with a Bias to contact center applications.
    • 1 years’ Experience in web administration or digital systems management
    • Advanced UNIX/LINUX/Windows Operating system experience
    • Oracle certification in database administration or application development
    • ITIL training and certification
    • Training and Experience in HTML5, Java, RSS, Digital Analytics and MySQL.
    • Genesys Certified Consultant.
    • Advanced skill in webserver administration and optimization. E.g. Apache, Apache Tomcat, Microsoft IIS or any other commercial
    • UNIX scripting Skills, PL-SQL and MSSQL
    • Highly developed analytical skills
