    Training Coordinator

    We are seeking a Training Coordinator to design, coordinate, and deliver training for Field Officers across the country. The role will support the development of training materials, curriculum, facilitation guides, assessment tools, and refresher programmes to ensure verification officers are well equipped to carry out accurate, consistent, and community-sensitive claims verification.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Design and deliver training for Field Officers nationwide.
    • Develop training curricula, facilitator guides, and learning materials. Coordinate national and regional training sessions and field follow-ups.
    • Monitor learning outcomes and strengthen verification standards across communities.
    • This is a full-time role is based in Nairobi, Kenya (with occasional travel): 1 year renewable contract 

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Community Development, Social Sciences, Project Management, Conservation, Insurance, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years' experience in training coordination, facilitation, curriculum development. community-based programmes.
    • Strong facilitation, coaching. organizational skills. or and
    • Willingness to travel extensively across Kenya.

    Claims Assistant

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Assistant to support claims verification, documentation, assessment, and reporting. The role involves reviewing Human-Wildlife Conflict (HWC) claims, coordinating with Field Officers, maintaining accurate records, identifying trends and anomalies, and supporting fair and timely claims recommendations.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Review and verify Human-Wildlife Conflict (HWC) insurance claims. Maintain accurate claims records and supporting documentation.
    • Coordinate with Field Officers and field teams.
    • Prepare claims reports and support fair, timely claim decisions. This is a full-time role is based in Nairobi, Kenya (with occasional travel): 1 year renewable contract 

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Diploma in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years' experience in claims, insurance operations, or risk management.
    • Strong attention to detail with Excel and digital data management skills.
    • Field verification or community programme experience is an added advantage.

    Claims Analyst

The role involves reviewing Human-Wildlife Conflict (HWC) claims data, validating claim documentation, identifying trends and anomalies, preparing analytical reports, and supporting fair, timely, and evidence-based claims recommendations.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Review, verify, and assess Human-Wildlife Conflict (HWC) Insurance claims.
    • Analyze claims data, identify trends, and prepare reports
    • Maintain accurate claims records and support timely payouts.
    • Coordinate with field teams, communities, and partners.
    • This is a full-time role is based in Nairobi, Kenya (with occasional travel): 1 year renewable contract 

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Insurance. Actuarial Science, Risk Management. Statistics. Economics, Data Analytics, Commerce, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years' experience in claims analysis, insurance operations, or risk management.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; Power BI is an added advantage.
    • Experience with community or conservation projects is a plus.
