    RGM Manager - EA & GAID (Nairobi Based)

    Your Tasks
    Pricing

    • Owns and continuously refreshes the pricing strategy, defining and recommending strategic pricing mixes based on inputs from Marketing, Sales, and Finance to drive sustainable value growth.
    • Leads price increase preparation and impact analysis, developing proposals including elasticity considerations, customer impact, risk assessment, and coordinating communication packs and rollout tracking.
    • Builds and embeds an RGM mindset across the organization, through training programs, educational sessions, and ongoing cross-functional collaboration to strengthen pricing discipline and capabilities.

    Promotions

    • Owns and drives the end-to-end promotion strategy across all categories, channels, and customers, informed by regular review of market, customer, and category promotional landscapes to deliver company priorities.
    • Establishes and embeds a structured Promo Management cycle, ensuring clear, compliant processes aligned with Global and Regional policies, Country Sales Policy, and local regulatory requirements.
    • Builds, maintains, and supports the local Promo Management Tool, aligned with Regional requirements and Global Sales Policy, enabling consistent promotion planning, approval, execution, and evaluation.
    • Analyzes promotional mechanics and post-promotion performance, tracking promo ROI, efficiency, pressure, and intensity using Nielsen and internal data to generate actionable insights and corrective actions.
    • Provides regular and customized performance reporting, including monthly market and competitor overviews, promo pressure reports, TOP2TOP and Joint Business Reviews, and inputs for monthly Category Review meetings.

    Mix and Portfolio Optimization

    • Leads mix optimization exercises twice per year in close partnership with Finance and Marketing to identify value creation opportunities and support delivery of Net Sales and profit targets.
    • Defines and recommends optimal product mix scenarios, translating insights into clear strategic and tactical choices across portfolio, channels, and customers.
    • Shares mix insights with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance), enabling fact-based discussions and alignment on corrective and growth actions.
    • Builds and drives cross-functional action plans derived from mix exercises to improve key financial KPIs, including margin, NS growth, and portfolio productivity.
    • Tracks execution and delivery of mix action plans, measuring and reporting NS impact and financial performance of tactical mix initiatives.
    • Reports progress, opportunities, and risks to Regional and CEWA Management teams, while supporting portfolio simplification, premiumization, and innovation effectiveness discussions.

    Business Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting

    • Steer business to delivery of overall Dealing Plans and Targets,
    • Support the sales leadership in development and delivery against Sales Plans, Budgets, Forecasts by recommending and evaluating adjustments to Pricing and Promotion plans,
    • Provides inputs into ABP, Fast start and any Forecast discussions based on briefing from manager.

    Trade Investment & Financial Governance

    • Partners with Sales and Finance to assess and optimize total trade investment, improving spend efficiency, ROI, and cost-to-serve.
    • Ensures transparency and governance over promotional spend, discounts, and customer investments.
    • Proactively identifies value leakage risks and recommends corrective actions.

    Your Profile

    Experience

    • 6–9 years of total experience in Commercial Finance, RGM, Trade Marketing, Sales Finance, Pricing, or Category Management.
    • 3–5 years of hands-on RGM / commercial analytics experience with exposure to promotions, pricing, and mix decisions.
    • Proven experience working in an FMCG or consumer-driven environment.
    • Strong track record of working with cross-functional senior stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
    • Experience analyzing Nielsen/IRI or equivalent syndicated data.
    • Understanding financial KPIs, P&L, key business drivers

    Instore Excellence Manager - Trade Marketing (Nairobi Based)

    Your Tasks
    In-Strore Execution Excellence -

    • Owns and continuously evolves the Perfect Store and Retail Execution strategy across all channels and customers.
    • Works with category to define, deploys, and governs execution standards covering availability, visibility, shelving, merchandising, planogram compliance, secondary placements, and POSM execution.
    • Translates commercial priorities into clear execution guidelines for field teams and external agencies to ensure consistent market execution.

    • Proven experience in planning, forecasting, procurement, warehousing, distribution, and tracking of POS materials.
    • Strong track record of delivering large-scale market activations and ensuring timely deployment of point-of-sale materials across key customers and outlets.

    HR Coordinator EA & GAID (Nairobi Based)

    Role Purpose:

    • To support the HR Director CEWA in delivering the EA and GAID people agenda through strategic coordination, effective governance, and collaboration with CoEs and People Services.

    HR Operations, Compliance & Local Execution in Partnership with People Services

    • Experience supporting payroll inputs, statutory compliance, compensation and benefits processes, employee relations, and HR projects.
    • Experience coordinating front office, facilities, office services, or workplace administration.

    E-commerce S&CM Manager CEWA (Nairobi Based)

    Your Tasks

    • Enabling the e-commerce sales teams to achieve their objectives and optimize the visibility and traffic to our brands across online landscape.
