Choice Bank is looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our Marketing & Communications team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop creative concepts, scripts and storylines for short films and digital content.
• Shoot and edit engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms.
• Create relatable content around money, business, entrepreneurship, fintech and everyday customer experiences.
• Develop product explainers, customer stories, skits, interviews and branded content. Identify and leverage relevant social media trends.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to bring campaigns and brand ideas to life.
• Monitor content performance and continuously improve creative output.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma/Degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in content creation, filmmaking. video production or digital media.
• Strong skills in storytelling, filming, scriptwriting and video editing.
• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar.
• Creative, energetic and comfortable working both behind and in front of the camera.
• Good understanding of social media trends and digital audiences.
• Experience in fintech, banking or financial services is an added advantage
• Please share your portfolio or links to previous work, particularly short films, reels, TikToks, skits, branded videos or other storytelling content

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow relationships with BaaS clients, fintechs, corporates and strategic partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Understand client business needs and recommend relevant banking and BaaS solutions.
• Drive onboarding, implementation and ongoing account management for clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and business growth.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance and Risk teams.
• Monitor client performance, transaction volumes, and usage trends.
• Analyze account data and provide insights that improve client engagement and business outcomes.
• Prepare account reviews, performance reports and client updates.
• Stay informed on developments in fintech, payments and digital banking Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the BaaS portfolio.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years' experience in account management, relationship management, business development or client success.
• Experience in BaaS, fintech, banking, payments or financial technology will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products and customer journeys.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
