    Telesales Representative

     Job Brief

    Seeking an experienced Tele Sales representative to attract new clients, win new accounts, and maximize profitability within his / her territory. Candidates will work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and turning interested potential customers into long-term customers.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service as well as initiating sales
    • Answer questions about products and the company
    • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
    • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
    • Enter and update customer information in the database
    • Take orders and forward to front office for processing in an accurate manner
    • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
    • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
    • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
    • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
    • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
    • Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
    • Do any other duty assigned to you by management.

    Minimum Qualifications/Requirements & Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or a similar field.
    • At 3 years works experience with a proven track record.
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Experience working with CRM and telephone systems
    • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
    • Computer use competency

    Airport Flight Supervisor

    Job Description

    The Assistant Airport Flight Officer supports the Airport Flight Officer in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of flight activities at the airport. This role involves assisting with flight coordination, monitoring schedules, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Assist in monitoring and managing flight schedules to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
    • Maintain effective communication with pilots, air traffic control, ground staff, and airline representatives.
    • Help ensure all flight operations comply with aviation safety regulations and airport policies.
    • Assist in responding to and managing flight-related incidents or emergencies, coordinating with relevant authorities.
    • Help prepare and maintain accurate records of flight operations, incidents, and other relevant data.
    • Assist passengers with inquiries and provide information regarding flight schedules and airport services.
    • Provide support to ground handling teams, including baggage handling, refueling, and aircraft maintenance coordination.

    HR Records Assistant

    Job Description

    The sucessful candidate will be responsible for the provision of administrative support, including office planning and correspondence and collecting and managing all data pertaining to the business’ employees.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Will be accountable for managing and documenting interactions with employees to provide service that support the organization
    • Provide support for projects/initiatives using project plans rolled out by the HRBP
    • Produce HR documents that adhere to compliance for HR policies, procedures, and labour laws
    • Maintain and monitor integrity of all the HR documents used to update the HR information management system for accurate employee data.
    • Facilitate onboarding for interns, including preparing necessary documentation, orientation materials, and ensuring proper training and assist in gathering feedback from interns and managers to assess performance and satisfaction with the program.
    • Organize and maintain intern evaluation records and assist with making improvements to the internship process.
    • Ensure proper documentation is done and relevant forms and policies are filled and acknowledged by all new hires joining the business.
    • Provide information on Company relations to orient new employees.
    • Update the Human Resource database by inputting information on new hires, separations, and sick leaves.
    • Ensure updated grievance tracker for all the staff issues raised and handled by the HRBP and HRO.
    • Maintain employee information by inputting employment and status data in the files.
    • Manage the department’s telephone and address queries accordingly
    • Ensure confidentiality of employee information by keeping Human Resources details classified.
      Process all day-to-day correspondences for pre ad hoc reports as and when needed.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • CHRP K
    • 2 years' experience in HR department in a large organization 
    • Experience in managing volumes of data
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and or any other data visualization and analytics tools
