    Executive Assistant

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Driving key business projects for directors.
    • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments.
    • Overseeing administration policies within an organisation and the office, recommending changes as appropriate
    • Track Projects and sub-grantee expenditures against approved budgets.
    • Liaising with service providers to ensure that all operations and projects run smoothly within stipulated timelines and approved budgets.
    • In liaison with the Human Resources department, assist in administrative issues such as training and recruitment.
    • Prepare management reports. presentations and advise management on budget utilization.
    • Develop and utilize historical information to provide retrieval of information records, meeting discussions, and minutes.
    • Data analysis: proficient in Access, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Perform filtering and sorting of Data, V-lookup, and other functions
    • Coordination of finances, assisting with budget preparations
    • Meet with special interest groups or individuals on behalf of executives.
    • Prepare Executive responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other staff members when appropriate.
    • Prepare and develop a records management system: maintain and recommend changes to the records system when appropriate.
    • Connect with customers when appropriate and problem-solve.
    • Document complaints and develop an appropriate course of action. Report problems to executives when they cannot be resolved for attention

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Degree/Diploma in Business business-related field.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Personal Assistant in Manufacturing
    • Working in an ISO certified organization is a plus
    • Excellent computer skills

    Maintenance Technician

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain, repair, and install camp facilities, equipment, and systems.
    • Conduct solar panel and battery maintenance for optimal power supply.
    • Handle plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and electrical tasks.
    • Maintain campgrounds and appearance – mowing, cleaning, painting.
    • Respond to emergency repairs and weather-related issues.
    • Keep accurate repair records and inventory of parts and supplies.
    • Assemble tents and install wiring, plumbing, and fittings.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Diploma or Trade Certification in Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, or General Building Maintenance
    • 4-5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in safari camps or lodges.
    • Solid technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and solar systems
    • Physically fit and able to work in challenging outdoor environments.
    • Ability to travel frequently to remote camps and work in challenging field environments
