    Director, Voter Education & Partnerships

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for the development of voter education and civic education policies and strategies.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of a national voter education curriculum.
    • Oversee the coordination of national and international partnerships.
    • Develop voter education and civic education policies and strategies.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of a national voter education curriculum.

    Director, Research, Electoral Boundaries and Risk Management

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and ensure the implementation of research, electoral boundaries and risk management strategies in line with the Commission’s strategy.

    Director, Human Resources & Administration

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and ensure the implementation of human resource and administration strategies in line with the Commission’s strategy.
    • Coordinate reviews of the Secretariat’s organisational structure and provide strategic advice on its appropriateness with regard to effectiveness and efficiency.

    • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, or a master’s degree in Social Sciences accompanied by a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
    • Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) qualification.
    • At least fifteen (15) years’ cumulative experience, three (3) of which must have been at senior management level.
    • Must be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and be in good standing.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field from a recognised institution.
    • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Strategic Management, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognised institution.
    • At least fifteen (15) years’ cumulative experience, three (3) of which must have been at senior management level.

    Director, Finance

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
