    Cybersecurity Specialist, Email Security

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Administer, optimize, and support the Bank’s Cloud & Collaboration security solutions, in compliance with the Bank’s policies and standards.
    • Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Intelligence and Security Operations Centre (CiSOC) in the continuous monitoring and defense of the Bank’s Cloud & Collaboration infrastructure for cybersecurity threat indicators, assist to detect, report, and respond to Cloud & Collaboration security violations/incidents.
    • Appropriately and practically defend the Bank’s Cloud & Collaboration deployment infrastructure, in accordance with established policies, procedures, guidelines and practices.
    • Develop Cloud & Collaboration Security Policies and Minimum-Security Configuration Baseline Standards in line with industry best practices and technologies commensurate with risk and regulatory requirements and implementing the same cost effectively.
    • Define, create, and deliver compliance reports and relevant metrics in Cloud & Collaboration security to senior management, utilizing automation as deemed fit.
    • Provide technical Cloud & Collaboration security related support to projects from inception through to successful implementation in a bid to ensure that Cloud & Collaboration security is built in from project inception.
    • Drive the adoption and enforcement of Cloud & Collaboration security standards (such as DKIM, SPF and DMARC), working collaboratively with other Cyber Security specialists and teams to identify, implement and monitor such security solutions.
    • Conduct continuous audit of security configuration of all Cloud & Collaboration infrastructure to provide optimum security, performance, and availability.
    • Provide input into Cyber Security risk and control self-assessments by leveraging specialized knowledge in Cloud & Collaboration security.
    • Research on and provide technical Cloud & Collaboration security expertise in the Group Cyber Security department.

    The Person

    For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Telecommunications / Engineering (Electrical, Electronic) or related field. 
    • Master’s degree is added advantage. 
    • At least one professional qualification – in Security certification such as CISA, CCSP, CISSP.
    • Cloud & Collaboration infrastructure/security certification such as Azure, Forcepoint, Checkpoint, Microsoft etc is added advantage.
    • 3 years’ work experience, with at least:
    • 2 years’ experience in cyber security
    • 3 years’ experience in large busy technology environment.
    • 3 years’ experience in System, Network, or Database Administration
    • 1-year experience in administering Cloud & Collaboration security platforms such as Cloud & Collaboration Security Gateways, M365 Security etc is desirable.

    Technical Architect

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess and communicate the impacts, trade-offs, risks, costs, benefits, and opportunities of IT solutions. Understand the bigger picture and assess all smaller technical components and solutions as a coherent part of the whole infrastructure. 
    • Documentation of business requirements and processes for business initiatives and projects.
    • Build a holistic view of the Bank’s strategy, processes, information and IT assets and ensuring the business and IT requirements are aligned. 
    • Liaise with the Business subject matter expert in the development of business architectural framework developing a clear roadmap of Business solutions.
    • Designs complex systems in the Bank when required at the component level, makes strategic technology choices, and directly supervise the quality of designs and implementation inside and between components. 
    • Ability to balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications on individual components and projects. 
    • Develop and maintain the Bank’s technology service catalogue with continuous assessment of applications fitness to fulfill their purpose to the Enterprise
    • Lead in technology capacity management assessment and provide guidance on how best to close the identified gaps
    • Support in developing the framework for IT asset management while providing guidance on how best to close the identified gaps
    • Provide the leadership in breaking down, planning, and sequencing the business vision & strategy into technology deliverables and mapping to infrastructure needs. 
    • Lead in proactive management and reduction of technical debt (e.g. systems/components, tool proliferation, aging technologies) across all the technology domains.
    •  Stay up dated on the latest trends/ technologies for cloud enablement and Platform as a Service and evaluate the platform capabilities vis -à-vis the trends; plan the roadmaps to incorporate the required functionality into the Bank infrastructure. 
    • Provides knowledge leadership in relevant research areas, technology tools & standards and architectural governance. 
    • Provides guidance to project teams regarding guiding principles, system and application design, standards, best practices, and system performance and availability. 
    • Support / participate in acquisition of large projects by providing technical input and guidance on aspects of technology.

    The Person

    Minimum Qualification Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

    Professional Qualifications:

    • Certifications in TOGAF, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, CISA, Cloud Architect, OCP, LINUX/UNIX, Databases.

    Relevant Experience:

    • 7 years of overall experience with specific experience in:
      • 5 years in at least two IT disciplines: Technology architecture, application architecture, security architecture, Integration, microservices, and SOA.
      • 3 years in multiple, diverse technologies, cloud computing, and containerization.
      • 3 years in leading formal enterprise architecture frameworks.
      • 4 years of experience and knowledge of Hardware systems.
      • 4 years knowledge of WAN & LAN design, implementation, and monitoring.
      • 4 years of experience in Customer Service.
      • 3 years of experience and excellent understanding of software delivery processes (DevOps) and methodologies (i.e., waterfall, agile, hybrid).
      • 3 years of experience and excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to break down complex items into actionable elements.
      • 3 years of experience and knowledge of the application of the organization's products, services, and policies.
      • 3 years of experience and knowledge of the relevant industry.

    Cybersecurity Architect, Product Security

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Security Chapter Leads: Leading security (application security specialists and DevSecOps analysts) teams in business-driven tribes as per the Digital Centre of Excellence (DCoE) organization.
    • Security Design: Develops and maintains comprehensive security architectures, strategies, policies, and standards that enables the Bank to build and implement secure solutions that address current and emerging security threats.
    • Process Design: Define a secure design process and methodology for business products and services.
    • Secure Design Analysis: Review business requirements, conceptual designs, and solution architectures to identify missing or additional security requirements to be factored in.
    • Threat modelling: Perform threat modelling to identify, quantify, and address security risks within the IT environment.
    • Research and Development: Research and monitor emerging business and cybersecurity trends and proactively identify emerging cybersecurity use cases and drive adoption opportunities. Stay informed about the security landscape, internal and external threats, regulatory requirements, policy changes and other sources to help in creating new and/or reviewing existing security standards, guidelines and polices within the Bank.
    • Security Testing: Assist security testing teams to develop test scripts for developed products that ensure envisioned security requirements have been met. Work with solutions delivery teams in identifying compensating control alternatives where such security requirements cannot be met.
    • Technology Integration: Ensure that proposed solutions and/or technologies can integrate with the existing security solutions.
    • Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with technology and business stakeholders in designated projects and initiatives as the security architecture subject matter expert.
    • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Business, IT leadership and other stakeholders on the current state of security architecture and the journey towards achieving the desired security posture.

    For the above position, the preferred candidate will meet the below criteria:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in BSc. Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Telecommunications/ Engineering (Electrical, Electronic). 
    • At least a Certification in Information Security certification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, Security+, GSE, GSEC, CRISC, SSCP.
    • At least a Certification in Information Security Testing and DevSecOps certification such as CDP, CSSLP, CEH, OSCP, CPT, GPEN, GWAPT, eJPT, eWAPT, eMAPT.
    • Master's degree will be an added advantage.
    • Have at least 5 years’ experience in Technology
    • Have at least 3 years’ experience in Cybersecurity
    • Have at least 3 years’ experience in System, Network, Database or Cloud Platform Administration
    • Have at least 2 years’ experience in Systems security testing
