    Site Agent

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a competent and experienced Site Agent to join our team and play a key role in the successful execution of our current project. The Site Agent will be responsible for interpreting drawings including architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings on behalf of the company for different projects. He /She will also help with the monthly programming of work.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Site Management

    • Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
    • Formulate, update, maintain and distribute the project program.
    • Manage the sub-contractors & and coordinate both nominated & and domestic sub-contractors.
    • Coordinating and supervising construction workers.
    • Reporting and Key Relationships
    • Liaise with consultants i.e. Architects, structural, electrical and mechanical engineers for details.
    • Attends site meetings and keeps essential site documents & records.
    • Accompanying clients during site visits and answering questions about the construction project’s overall progress and changes; working closely and consulting with clients all through the project lifecycle.
    • Create site harmony by resolving any emerging conflicts in consultation with Project Managers
    • Safety and Standards
    • Be responsible for quality and proper building practices and engineering.
    • Be permanently on-site during working hours to give guidance and prevent defects.
    • Setting and enforcing standards for each job site and ensuring that contractors and crews follow proper safety guidelines.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering from a reputable university.
    • A solid understanding of project management.
    • A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience. Experience in both Building & construction will be an added advantage.
    • High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
    • Good leadership and teamwork skills to guide contractors, subcontractors, and teams of workers.

    ICT Intern

    Job Summary

    We are seeking to a motivated and detail-oriented ICT Intern with a strong interest in cybersecurity to join our team. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge in information security and a passion for identifying and mitigating security risks. This internship offers hands-on exposure to IT systems, network security and securing monitoring practices.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Set up, configuration, maintenance and administration of printers, servers, internal systems, hardware, applications and Local premise cloud infrastructure.
    • Installation and maintenance of computer networks (LAN), support system updates & patch management.
    • Monitoring of systems to ensure minimal or no downtime at all for the various entities including emails, the documents’ server, all telephone lines, the ERP system and cloud-based servers.
    • Data backup and storage for both premise-based infrastructure and cloud-based infrastructure.
    • Security monitoring on the various systems through vulnerability assessments, server hardening & security best practices to ensure protection of critical organization data.
    • Hardware repairs and replacement of parts when machines and electronic gadgetry develop problems.
    • Maintenance of IT infrastructure and resources in the organization.
    • Support the team in identifying and resolving software defects and issues through troubleshooting and debugging techniques
    • Training of users on information security, data and awareness on security while handling company-sensitive data.
    • Prepare reports on security incidents and system performance.
    • Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

    Qualifications and Experiences:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field
    • Basic knowledge of network security, firewalls, antivirus systems and data protection principles.
    • Familiarity with ERP system and relevant certifications such as Security+ will be an added advantage.
    • Hands on experience in ICT infrastructure handling, set up, commissioning and maintenance
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and coordination skills.
    • High level of integrity, reliability and attention to detail.
