    Social Media Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    Content Creation and Management

    • Develop and curate engaging, creative, and high-quality content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
    • Create and manage editorial calendars to ensure consistent content delivery.
    • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to produce multimedia content (videos, graphics, blogs).

    Social Media Strategy

    • Implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
    • Identify trends, monitor competitors, and adapt strategies to stay current in the social media landscape.
    • Suggest and execute new ways to increase brand awareness and engagement.

    Community Engagement

    • Monitor, respond to, and moderate user comments and messages in a timely manner.
    • Build and nurture an active and engaged social media community.
    • Facilitate online conversations and interact with followers to enhance brand loyalty.

    Performance Analysis

    • Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or other platforms.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing social media campaigns.

    Paid Social Campaigns

    • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
    • Work with marketing teams to ensure paid campaigns align with broader digital marketing strategies.

    Influencer and Partnership Management

    • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to amplify content and increase reach.
    • Coordinate giveaways, collaborations, and promotional activities with external stakeholders.

    Staying Up to Date

    • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
    • Continuously explore new platforms and features that could benefit the brand’s social media presence.

    Required Qualifications and Experience

    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Experience: Proven experience of at least three (3) years in social media management or similar roles.
    • Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Social Media Tools: Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
    • Design and Editing Skills: Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
    • Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and metrics.
    • Creativity: Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with time-management and organisation skills. Multitasking abilities.
    • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.

    Creative Designer

    Key Responsibilities

    Graphic Design:

    • Design visually appealing graphics for digital platforms (e.g., social media, websites, email campaigns) and print materials (e.g., brochures, posters, banners).
    • Create logos, icons, and other branding elements to ensure consistent visual identity across all materials.
    • Develop layouts for advertisements, promotional materials, and presentations.

    Concept Development:

    • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns.
    • Take design briefs from stakeholders and transform them into innovative, on-brand visuals that meet project objectives.
    • Maintain the brand’s visual style and voice across all platforms.

    Multimedia Design:

    • Design and edit video content, motion graphics, and animations for digital marketing campaigns, websites, and social media channels.
    • Work with multimedia formats, including photography, video, and interactive elements, to produce engaging content.

     User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX):

    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for website ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
    • Work closely with web developers to ensure designs are accurately translated into functioning websites.

    Branding and Identity:

    • Ensure that all creative designs are aligned with the brand guidelines and identity.
    • Help evolve and strengthen the brand by continuously exploring new design trends, styles, and techniques.

     Project Management:

    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and sales, to ensure the visual assets meet project specifications and goals.
    • Work with external vendors (e.g., printers, production companies) to ensure the quality of print and digital materials.

     Innovation and Trends:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
    • Continuously explore new creative approaches, tools, and techniques to push the brand’s visual impact.

    Required Qualifications and Experience

    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
    • Experience: Proven experience of at least four (4) years as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role in an agency or corporate environment.
    • Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and other design tools.
    • Multimedia Skills: Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and animation using software like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
    • Web and UX/UI Design: Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
    • Creativity: Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and an understanding of the visual aspects of branding.
    • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital, print, and multimedia.
