Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to integrate farmers and farmer groups into the company’s production and supply chain in line with set targets.
- Act as the focal point in coordinating and implementing out-grower programs within assigned regions.
- Identify, mobilize, and onboard avocado farmers and farmer groups into the company’s supply chain.
- Develop and deliver training programs to farmers on best agronomic practices, including crop management, nutrition, and post-harvest handling.
- Provide technical support and supervise field teams to ensure effective execution of planned activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of farmers, production forecasts, and crop status, including expected volumes and quality.

- Ensure proper harvesting and post-harvest handling practices are adhered to at the farm level.
