• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
• Help departments use technology profitably.
• Quality Assurance and Data Protection:
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role within an ICT company.
• Knowledge of technological trends and the ability to build a strategic technology roadmap.
• Understanding of budgets and business planning.
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for web SEO, web analytics, social media marketing, content creation, online marketing, and communication. The role will involve developing and executing digital marketing strategies, analyzing web data, creating and managing online content, and monitoring and optimizing online campaigns.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience in creating captivating content
• Strong understanding of SEO tools & techniques
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite especially Illustrator & Premier Pro
• Social media marketing, email marketing, and online marketing skills
• Web analytics skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Graphic design and video content skills
