    Housekeeper

    • The Housekeeper will handle all housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and excellence in service delivery within the hospitality setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting rooms and common areas.
    • Washing and changing bed linens, towels, and curtains.
    • Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and appliances.
    • Disinfecting high-touch areas to maintain hygiene.
    • Washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes and linens.
    • Organizing and storing linens properly.
    • Restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries.
    • Emptying trash bins and recycling waste properly.
    • Preparing rooms for guests.
    • Reporting maintenance issues to management.
    • Using cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.
    • Complying with health and safety regulations.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

    HR Generalist

    • The HR Generalist will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all HR functions within the organization. This position is particularly focused on delivering integrated HR services, ensuring compliance with labor laws, driving talent management, and enhancing employee engagement through various HR initiatives

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management .to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
    • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
    • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues and ensure a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
    • Performance Management: Develop and supervise performance management systems, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and supporting managers in providing feedback.
    • Training and Development: Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
    • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. Monitor compliance and implement necessary changes to policies.
    • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Design and implement employee engagement surveys and initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
    • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion efforts within the workplace to create a culture that values and respects all employees.

    • Strong Communication: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to approach complex HR challenges with effective solutions, balancing legal requirements with employee needs.
    • Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to influence and lead others, with strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships.
    • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
    • HR Expertise: Deep understanding of HR policies, employee relations, compliance, compensation, and benefits.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), Microsoft Office Suite, and related HR software.
    • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

    Educational Requirements:

    • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a busy environment
