    Cisco Network & Collaboration Engineer

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Deployment and Support of Cisco / Huawei LAN and WAN networks
    • Deployment and Support of Cisco IP Telephony Solution (preferred experience of handling)
    • Design, deploy, and manage Cisco collaboration solutions, including CUCM, CUC, UCCX, UCCE. Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center.
    • Configure and troubleshoot SIP, H.323. MGCP, and SCCP protocols for voice and video communications. Administer Cisco Contact Center solutions (UCCX/UCCE/PCCE/Webex Cloud Contact Centre), including scripting (Editor/AppAdmin), call routing, and reporting.
    • Integrate Cisco UC with third-party applications (CRM, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.).
    • Implement and maintain Cisco gateways (CUBE, ISR, ASR), voice gateways, and session border controllers (SBCs). Troubleshoot QoS, latency, jitter, and packet loss issues in VoIP environments.
    • Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations for Cisco UC and Contact Center platforms.
    • Collaborate with network teams to ensure optimal
    • performance of LAN/WAN for real-time communications. Provide Level 2/3 support for complex UC and Contact Center issues.
    • Stay updated with Cisco's latest collaboration technologies (Webex, Cloud Calling. Al-based contact centres).

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or information technology preferred.
    • Must be CISCO certified
    • Cisco CCNA CCNP Routing and Switching, CCNA CCNP Collaboration certifications preferred

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Must have 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Cisco UC & Contact Center solutions and other on Network.
    • Experience on Cisco SDWAN, MPLS, Cisco Webex Calling & Cloud Collaboration.
    • Technical aptitude in telecommunication infrastructure Good analytical skills

    Sales Executive

    • We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive adoption of our Climate-Smart Wireless Sensor Solutions across Kenya's floriculture and horticulture sectors. This role is ideal for a proactive, technically curious, and relationship-driven professional who can translate innovative lot and sustainability solutions into measurable value for growers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales & Business Development
    • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities within the floriculture and horticulture sectors.
    • Develop and execute sector-specific sales strategies aligned with revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using structured sales processes and CRM tools.
    • Conduct product demos, site visits, and solution presentations tailored to client needs.
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers that clearly articulate ROI and impact.
    • Client Relationship Management
    • Establish trusted advisor relationships with farm owners/directors, managers, agronomists, and procurement departments.
    • Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.

    • Market Intelligence & Strategy

    • Technical Understanding
    • Sector Knowledge (Agronomy + Floriculture/Horticulture Operations)
    • Knowledge of floriculture and horticulture crop Inputs & Environmental Management
    • Knowledge of precision agriculture technologies
    • Develop a strong understanding of Interpretation & Advisory Framing
    • Develop a strong understanding of wireless sensor technologies, dashboards, and analytics.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet client requirements.
    • Translate technical features into clear business value for decision-makers.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness. Environmental Science or relevant Engineering field.
    • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Agri-tech, Agricultural Inputs and related products, IoT and sustainability.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of Kenya's floriculture and horticulture value chain is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage multiple accounts.
