Volunteer: Accounting Systems Set Up For Elimu Fanaka Initiative

- Setup of selected accounting software (e.g. Aplos, Araize)
- Training and guidelines on how to manage system and generate basic reports

- We are an organization in the early stages, just below two years of operation. We seek talent support in managing our operations and finances from an expert who can help us design and develop systems and update all our records.

- Proficiency with accounting software
- Experience setting up a bookkeeping system and/or software from scratch
- Ability to set up regular recording, reconciliation, and reporting practices

What You'll Work On
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional Details
- We are putting together a team welcome packet with our HR policies and I will need support in developing the handbook. Elimu Fanaka has a team of 7 full time and 2 interns and even as our organization grows we will appreciate having strong and robust systems and structures.
