    Graduate Management Trainee - Legal

    About The Role Key Duties And Responsibilities

    • Assist in negotiating and drafting commercial and vendor agreements.
    • Establish and maintain scalable contracting processes and templates.
    • Provide administrative support for legal documentation.
    • Assist with corporate initiatives like litigation, employment matters, trademarks.
    • Participate in developing company policies on legal issues.
    • Assist in compliance projects, particularly with data privacy regulations.
    • Conduct legal research and provide updates on applicable laws and regulations.
    • Support legal counsel in liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

    About You

    • Bachelor’s degree in law.
    • Relevant internships or work experience of not more than 3 years.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and other software programs.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Operations Management System Engineer

    • The successful candidate shall be responsible for the standardized configuration, operational implementation & support, and manageable integration of selected DHL Supply Chain IT Products (e.g., JDA WMS, T/A, OTM, TMS, OMS) to make our customers and operations successful via improved warehouse, transport operational efficiency, enhanced visibility and tracking, better performance tracking, optimization of resources, data analysis and reporting.

    About The Role Key Duties And Responsibilities

    • Analysis and translation of requirements and processes in all its details.
    • Implement DHL Supply Chain OMS SmartReM Suites, TMS & WMS.
    • Build the defined customization in the application and provide a deployable package.
    • Create and execute (non-UAT) tests; document and communicate results to the Project/Workstream Leaders.
    • Support definition of technical detail of the IT solution as requested by DePICT and ONE.DEPLOY methodologies.
    • Complete an analysis of the data to highlight and detail areas where source systems are not providing data in the correct format or detail. Define, analyze, and then map all effective processes in detail in preparation for application of standards.
    • Creation of warehouse/location mapping where applicable to a sufficient level of detail ensuring future flexibility to enable effective maintenance whilst providing the platform for accurate standards to be built.
    • Coach local site mgt team and local CI teams how to analyze data out of OMS SmartReM Suites, TMS & WMS to prepare and conduct performance reviews (ad hoc and formal) with individuals and teams.
    • Collaborate with site mgt team and other local functional experts to review and (if necessary) define new Standards (SPR: Standard Productivity Rates).
    • Highlight and escalate any slippage or changes to the implementation plan on site to action appropriate measures.
    • Coach and support country business teams, local site mgt teams and functional teams in analyzing analytical data out of the corresponding OMS SmartReM Suites, TMS & WMS

    About You

    • Bachelor/master’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science or another IT discipline, or relevant experience.
    • Good knowledge of IT software engineering principles, agile methodology, coding, test, and documentation.
    • Knowledge and certification in DHL strategic products (e.g. JDA WMS, T/A, OTM, TMS, OMS) is an advantage.
    • In depth understanding of FC processes and LEAN approaches.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience with the IT product (e.g., JDA WMS, T/A, OTM, TMS, OMS) development, customization of logistics applications.
    • Minimum 3 year’s IT software delivery experience.
