    Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Knowledge & Change Management (KCM)

    Key dimensions of the role

    • Design, update, and implement M&E systems, strategies, and procedures.
    • Review and strengthen M&E processes and approaches.
    • Plan, budget, monitor, and evaluate M&E activities.
    • Lead capacity development for project staff and partners on monitoring and measurement practices.
    • Collaborate with country and head office teams as needed.
    • Ensure quality and timely monitoring of project activities and data for decision-making and reporting.
    • Manage and upgrade the Management Information System (MIS).
    • Aggregate impact and outreach data as per logframe targets.
    • Provide regular updates to the Team Leader on project quality and impact.
    • Build staff capacity on M&E systems, standards, tools, and methodologies.
    • Lead periodic reviews of result chains and M&E plans.
    • Consolidate and analyze data for progress reports (monthly, bi-annual, annual).
    • Facilitate integration of KCM in M&E systems by documenting best practices, innovative approaches, success stories, and challenges.
    • Promote a learning and knowledge-sharing culture to support strategy development and implementation.

    Skills and experience

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.

    Professional Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably within international development, donor-funded projects, or NGOs.
    • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing M&E systems, including logframes, theories of change, and results chains.
    • Proven track record in data management, analysis, and reporting for complex projects.
    • Experience in capacity building, training, and mentoring staff on M&E methodologies and tools.
    • Familiarity with DCED Standards, USAID MEL, Outcome Harvesting, Outcome Mapping, and other advanced evaluation frameworks is an asset.
    • Experience working with Management Information Systems (MIS) and digital data collection tools.

    Group Fraud Management (FMPU) Capability Head

    Key dimensions of the role

    • Develop and implement the ASA Group Fraud Prevention and Management strategy and framework.
    • Establish best in class Group Fraud Prevention and Management policies, procedures, and standards governing fraud prevention and management including in relation to forensic investigations.
    • Ensure appropriate development, implementation and optimization of fraud risk management tools (development of fraud detection tools, forensic analytics, and monitoring systems) and capability across the Group. Continuously assessing fraud risk management tools against ASA’s requirements and best practices in the market.
    • Provide guidance and direction to country Fraud Management and Prevention Units (FMPU) in line with Group standards and oversee Internal Fraud Management (Fraud Operations, Analytics and Investigations) across the Group.
    • Provide oversight and Leadership over investigation activities across all countries including conducting investigations as required.
    • Ensuring timely investigations in line with ASA policies, international standards and country regulations.
    • Offer expert advisory on remedial measures including process, system and control enhancement and disciplinary processes and recovery measures as applicable.
    • Liaise with regulators, law enforcement agencies, external auditors, and legal counsel as required.
    • Ensure adequate Fraud and Forensic reporting is provided to stakeholders including board of directors and senior leadership, and reporting to designated authorities as applicable.
    • Ensure high-quality investigation reports with clear findings, root cause analysis, and remedial actions are prepared in-line with stakeholder expectations.
    • Oversee digital forensic investigations and cyber-incident support. Remain current with advanced investigative technologies.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to increase fraud awareness, developing and implementing group wide fraud awareness training program and fostering a companywide fraud prevention culture.
    • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

    Skills and experience

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.

    Professional certifications such as:

    • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
    • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
    • Digital Forensics — added advantage

    Experience

    • 10+ years of experience in fraud prevention and management, fraud investigation, forensic accounting, digital forensics financial crime, or related fields.
    • At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role in Fraud and Forensic Management in a financial institution, or reputable consultancy that has consulted with multiple financial institutions. Experience working in multiple jurisdictions will be an added advantage.
    • Demonstrable experience handling complex and sensitive investigations.

    Communications Director

    Key dimensions of the role 

    The Communications Director will:

    • Provide strategic leadership: Design and oversee communications strategies, annual plans, and campaign roadmaps that support CLASP’s mission and impact.
    • Lead global campaigns: Partner with program and research leads, advocacy coalitions, and external stakeholders to design campaigns that influence policy, mobilize partners, and strengthen CLASP’s role as a thought leader.
    • Oversee digital presence: Manage websites, social media channels, newsletters, and digital content production (articles, reports, videos, multimedia), ensuring quality, timeliness, and global reach.
    • Shape the brand: Monitor, protect, and evolve CLASP’s brand identity, ensuring message alignment across programs, geographies, and partnerships.
    • Build partnerships: Strengthen CLASP’s global network by cultivating relationships with media, NGOs, donors, policymakers, and influencers.
    • Lead and grow a team: Supervise, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, international communications team; provide constructive, culturally aware feedback.

    Skills and experience 

    CLASP seeks a strategic and hands-on communications leader with:

    • 10+ years’ experience in strategic communications, advocacy, and campaigns, with proven impact.
    • Background in climate change, energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainable development, international diplomacy, or related fields strongly preferred.
    • International experience leading communications across multiple time zones and cultures.
    • Strong digital communications skills, including experience with Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, Trello, and Microsoft Office.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow global teams, balancing strategic leadership with operational oversight.
    • Experience managing editorial processes with technical experts and producing high-quality communications assets.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to influence across diverse stakeholders — from donors and policymakers to NGOs and media.
    • Exceptional project management skills: ability to set priorities, manage budgets, oversee contractors, and deliver under pressure.
    • Experience developing fundraising and donor engagement materials.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative leadership style, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to professional development of staff.
