Key Main Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks.

• Monitor points of access in the institution and its building to allow entry only to authorized individuals
• Conduct vehicle and visitor searches and register guests in accordance with approved guidelines to ensure in compliance to the security standards in the institution.
• Inspect movement of all items in and out of the institution premises to ensure proper accountability
• Monitor parking of the cars according to designed parking slots to ensure proper order and usage of spaces
• Carry out regular patrol around institutions to ensure its entire personnel and assets are safe. 6. Open and close the institution gate and other access areas to ensure continuous security all the time.

Job Competencies-Qualifications and Requirements.

• Has a Training on Security operations
• Has at least KCSE Certificate
• Have Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
• At least one year of experience as a security Guard.

Key Main Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks.

• Coordinate the preparation of the Audit budget to ensure sufficient allocation of resources critical for the timely implementation of the audit strategy.
• Develop an annual programme of audit review work, to ensure audit reviews are done in a timely manner for quality management purposes and compliance to the relevant statutory requirements.
• Present findings of audit reviews to management to assist in the development and implementation of strategies to address the issues/gaps identified.
• Report to the Audit Committee in relation to the adherence to the internal systems, Policies and Procedures to avert risks that arise.
• Coordinate the application of a risk-based approach to review the institution's system and controls to identify any gaps in the management of risks and recommend appropriate strategies.
• Monitor the implementation of the board recommendations to ensure appropriate interventions are implemented for any challenges identified in the implementation.
• Conduct internal checks across all the institution departments in order to mitigate any risks that might expose the institution and prevent fraud.

Job Competencies-Qualifications and Requirements.

• Must have A Bachelor Degree in Finance or related field from a recognized institution.
• Be a holder of CPA K and ICPAK Membership
• Have 3-5 years of experience in the Audit section.
• Member of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) will be added advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting and audit software

Key Main Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks.

• Carrying out medical examination and treatment of the patients through history taking.
• Make appropriate and document patient's diagnosis for future reference during treatment.
• Prescribe drugs to patients depending on the results of examination and diagnosis.
• Ensure maintenance and safety of records of the clinic's medical equipment, tools and drugs in Dispensary/clinic enhance ease of tracking of the assets and budgeting.
• "Assist in attending to minor surgical problems through stitching and distressing.
• Ensure proper disposal of bio-hazardous materials in the clinic/dispensary to minimize accidents.
• Maintain security of the medicine cabinets to prevent contamination of medicine or lose of medicine through pilferage.

Job Competencies-Qualifications and Requirements.

• Diploma in Clinical Medicine/Diploma in Community Nursing or its equivalent
• Registered with Kenya Clinical Officers Council (COC) or Nursing Council of Kenya
• Certificate of Good ConductEntry Level
