• This scope of work encompasses a comprehensive rebranding initiative aimed at creating a dynamic and inspiring environment that reflects the organization's mission, values, and commitment to making a positive impact on society.

The Key Deliverables Will Include

• Pictures that will be used on the office walls and used in graphic design
• Captioned photos from the assignment to a folder either through WeTransfer, Dropbox or Google Drive to the Jhpiego communication manager
• Photos that have different visual perspectives: close-ups, established and medium shots
• Digital originals should be shot at the highest resolution that the camera permits
• Photos that are technically good with the correct exposure, framing, focusing, and composition

The design work will be for two wings of an office with about ten (10) separate offices and about five (5) commons spaces (meeting rooms and reception). The is a consultancy role and the assignment will take a maximum of ten working days.
Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Communications Team and Graphic Designer to understand the photography needed for the office branding
• Travel to external locations to photograph pictures that represent Jhpiego Kenya’s mission and vision as directed by the Communications Manager
• Collaborate with the team to select and edit photos for use in promotional materials, walls and editorial material
• Maintain a consistent visual style and adhere to brand guidelines in photography projects

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in photography of similar projects/activities.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the technical requirements of the work and the production capabilities, what equipment they have for taking quality images outdoors and indoors, and hardware and software to edit images.
• Adhere to confidentiality; NEVER share pictures of the community or healthcare workers filmed or photographed unless with written permission from Jhpiego Communications team

• Collaborate with the Jhpiego Kenya communications team to understand branding goals and objectives
• Develop design concepts that align with Jhpiego Kenya’s mission and values
• Design and produce a range of branded materials, including logos, graphics, icons, and signage
• Create wall graphics and murals to enhance the Jhpiego Kenya office environment
• Design branded stationery and editorial items, office supplies, and promotional merchandise
• Apply branding elements to office furniture, fixtures, and environmental surfaces
• Design digital signage content and templates for display screens and monitors
• Organize and participate in employee engagement activities related to the rebranding effort

Required Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design is required
• Fluency in current graphic design practices particularly the latest Adobe Creative Suite package (working on Apple Mac) or another related field required
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work within a dynamic and collaborative team environment
• Excellent organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to carry environmental branding, with attention to detail and deadlines
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective media and communications materials that increase the visibility of an organization
• Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Publisher, Illustrator and InDesign

• Plan and execute video shoots to capture videos that would represent the mission and vision of Jhpiego Kenya as directed by the Communications Manager
• Develop creative concepts for videos to be displayed on screens in meeting rooms, including promotional content, event highlights, and organizational updates
• Ensure all video content aligns with the organization's brand guidelines and visual identity
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed to execute video production projects
