Purpose of the Role

• The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through subscriber acquisition and retention. The role requires proactive engagement with customers, execution of sales initiatives, and delivery of exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition

• Ensure compliance with onboarding processes including KYC and customer education.
• Collaborate with line management to develop and monitor sales initiatives.
• Track adherence to SLAs during acquisition and onboarding.
• Recover devices from noncompliant customers.

Customer Support

• Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.
• Escalate unresolved customer and network issues appropriately.

Reporting

• Collate daily target achievements and analyze monthly market trends.
• Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews and ad-hoc reports.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor and report competitor activities.
• Provide customer insights and suggest relevant products or services.

Market Activation

• Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives such as roadshows, estate activations, and mall campaigns.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Understanding of telecom/fixed wireless trends is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year in outdoor sales, preferably in telecom.
• Commercial acumen with knowledge of competition, devices, packages, and commission schemes.
• Tech-savvy with understanding of 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.
• Resilience and ability to deliver against stretch targets.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Performance-driven mindset with strong planning and organizational skills.
