    Domain Sales Mgr Cluster Indian Ocean

    About this opportunity:

    • We are seeking a Domain Sales Manager to drive Ericsson's Cloud Software and Services domain sales in the EMEA market area. This role involves supporting the KAM organization in growing the business for Ericsson's IT portfolio with existing and potential new customers, supporting with case preparation, account planning, and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include taking the lead role for strategic opportunities in the Cloud Software and Services domain, managing presales engagements, and creating and maintaining a sales funnel for the MMEA region.

    What you will do:

    • Influence customer vision and strategy, drive Ericsson's involvement in creating customer visions, strategies, and requirements
    • Deliver customer value and provide insight on how new trends will impact customer business
    • Identify business opportunities and customer business needs through consultative engagements
    • Consistently meet or exceed defined sales targets. 
    • Support driving opportunities to deals and conduct in-depth, business-focused discussions with customers

    The skills you bring:

    • University degree in Business or Engineering.
    • Minimum 5-7 years of sales/pre-sales experience
    • Multi-domain competence in Core Network & Automation, BSS/OSS, Monetization, Core Commerce, Orchestration Deep understanding of TMForum Open Digital Architecture. 
    • Demonstrated business and sales competence
    • Strong understanding of business processes, including tender and sales
    • Excellent consulting skills with a proven track record as a customer-focused Senior Consultant
    • Thorough knowledge of the telecom industry and its economic, commercial, and political implications
    • Ability to effectively translate customer requirements into actionable solutions for Ericsson
    • Superior communication and presentation skills at the senior level
    • Experience in driving up-sales opportunities and developing expansion plans for the installed base
    • Leadership and guidance for the Presales team
    • Proven track record in driving team engagements in challenging and time-sensitive environments
    • Responsible for preparing and submitting CSS offers to win business opportunities and playing a CSR role in key opportunities
    • Foundational knowledge in financial analysis
    • Familiarity with tools such as Ericsson Sales Force and Ericsson Premium Proposal
    • Consultative approach to identify customer requirements and lead to Ericsson propositions

This by providing our customers with proof points conveying our comprehensive security position and how this will support us to achieve their desired security goals! As a Customer Security Director (CSD) you will be responsible for strengthening Ericsson's capability to sell, deliver and develop solutions that optimally meet our customer's security needs.

    What you will do:

    • Be part of a great team, with diverse security and privacy skillset where you continuously will learn, be supported and grow.
    • Be empowered to proactively establish yourself as a trusted security advisor towards the customer (as well as internal partners)
    • Give proactive security advice to Ericsson Customer Units (CU) and other decision-makers.
    • Serve as the key contact between the Customer and Ericsson regarding Security, Privacy and BCM.
    • Ensure the Customer's Security and privacy concerns are identified, understood, acknowledged, addressed and accurately reflected in the contract. Build a structure to verify that we deliver what we promised (contractually) when it comes to security by collaborating with our full security community
    • Support in both the pre-sales and post-sales capacity, assessing the customers’ requirements. Based on your proven security experience and collaboration skills advising our customers on the correct solutions or services that meet their expectations
    • Proactively advise customers in a wide range of security domains, including risk assessment, governance, data management, product privacy, product security hardening, ISO 27001 security controls and procedures and vulnerability assessment, etc.
    • Drive project delivery and gap closure by analyzing customer technology, defining business requirements, and participating in risk analysis

    The skills you bring :

    • The ability to lead internal security projects effectively, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on management. The ideal candidate should be a trusted advisor capable of providing strategic guidance while also being prepared to address critical, high-priority tasks on short notice, requiring extensive cross-functional facilitation within Ericsson.
    • Relationship management skills, enabling effective coordination between internal and external cybersecurity teams and key stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to communicate security and compliance expertise to both internal and external audiences, supporting Ericsson’s security posture to key decision-makers.
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology, security or other similar technical area or equivalent experience. Master's preferred
    • 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity
    • Solid domain expertise in telecom industry and/or IoT, including confirmed experience working with product security, privacy and general cybersecurity.
    • Understanding of solution security aspects applicable to the telco space. Such as security implications of: Open RAN, Service Based Architecture, Core and Ran interfaces, network slicing, distributed cloud solutions, Managed service solutions, XaaS Solutions, etc.
    • Proficient understanding of the context of local security-based regulation within the communication space
    • Solid understanding and knowledge of security frameworks, assurance schemes and regulations
    • Solid communication and presentation skills (in written and spoken English) with international and social competence.
