    Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
    • Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
    • Move products to the appropriate storage locations within the warehouse.
    • Conduct routine equipment checks and report any defects or maintenance needs.
    • Assist with inventory handling and periodic stock counts.
    • Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and company procedures.
    • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Valid Forklift / Reach Truck Certification (Class G)
    • At least 2 years' experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
    • Basic understanding of workplace and equipment safety procedures.

    Oracle Application Analyst

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    • Improve and expand the functionality of existing applications, including the ERP system, to meet evolving business requirements by developing and implementing new solutions.
    • Ensure that users of the Oracle ERP system are able to effectively achieve their business objectives.
    • Provide support to users of Windows-based applications to enable efficient completion of their tasks.
    • Oversee the planning, development, installation, testing, modification, and evaluation of databases, along with related client services and reporting tools.
    • Ensure that applications running on the databases function properly while maintaining database integrity.
    • Manage IT services associated with database operations, system performance, availability, and IT service change management.
    • Ensure adherence to the organization’s Corporate IT policies.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
    • At least five years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems, preferably managing Financial and Supply Chain modules, including their setup and customization.
    • Experience in writing SQL queries and developing and deploying reports within an ERP environment.
    • Strong knowledge of data processing systems, networking, and systems development.
    • Additional advantage: extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.

    Sales Supervisor

    The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent customer service within the paints and building materials market. The role involves managing sales representatives, maintaining relationships with key customers such as hardware stores, contractors, and distributors, and ensuring sales targets are achieved within the assigned region.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share for paints and building materials.
    • Monitor daily sales activities, including field visits, customer engagement, and product promotion.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hardware stores, contractors, developers, and distributors.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
    • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing in the construction materials sector.
    • Ensure proper product display, branding, and merchandising at customer outlets.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
    • Support the team in negotiations, order processing, and resolving customer complaints.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and credit control procedures.
    • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
    • Train and mentor sales representatives to improve product knowledge and selling skills.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in paints, construction materials, or FMCG.
    • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role is an added advantage.
    • Proven experience managing distributor and hardware store networks.
    • Strong understanding of the Kenyan construction and building materials market.
    • Valid driving license with willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight sales targets.
