    Transport and Dispatch Manager

    The Transport and Dispatch Manager will be responsible for leading the transformation and daily operations of a fully-fledged Transport Department. The role encompasses strategic leadership, compliance management, and full accountability over the company's in-house and outsourced logistics functions. Key deliverables include minimizing operational risks (fuel theft, route deviations, driver collusion), aligning interdepartmental delivery schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing technology-driven systems that enhance efficiency, visibility, and cost control.

    Key Skills & Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field
    • Professional certification in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage
    • Training in Fleet Management, Transport Coordination, Dispatch Operations, or Route Planning
    • Proficiency in ERP systems, Fleet Management Systems, GPS Tracking Systems, or Transport Management Software
    • 3-5+ years' experience in transport operations, dispatch coordination, fleet supervision, or logistics management

    Key Responsibilities.

    • Monitor garage and mechanic performance with turnaround benchmarks for repairs and report on adherence.
    • Implement and enforce a preventive maintenance schedule to reduce breakdown frequency and extend asset life.
    • Work closely with the Watch Tower to guarantee real-time daily truck availability.
    • Track and continuously improve truck turnaround time per trip.
    • Accurately verify and control fuel usage, mileage, and petty cash requests.
    • Source, contract, and manage 3PL providers, ensuring they meet company standards, permits, and compliance.
    • Implement cost-cutting initiatives by optimizing routes, enforcing fuel efficiency, and managing spare parts inventory.
    • Act as overall yard marshal, ensuring order, discipline, and adherence to SOPs.
    • Set and monitor driver KPIs: turnaround time, safe driving, fuel efficiency, and delivery punctuality.

    Structural Engineer

    The Structural Engineer is responsible for the design, analysis, and supervision of civil and structural works within the manufacturing plant and related projects. The role ensures structural integrity, safety, and efficiency in the construction and maintenance of industrial facilities, including factory buildings, warehouses, and supporting infrastructure. The position also supports product-related structural applications such as roofing systems (mabati installations) and ensures compliance with engineering standards and regulations

    Key Skills & Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
    • Registration with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) as a Graduate/Professional Engineer.
    • Knowledge of structural design principles, construction methodologies, and material properties.

    Key Responsibilities.

    • Design structural systems for industrial buildings, warehouses, and related infrastructure.
    • Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
    • Develop designs for steel structures, reinforced concrete, and roofing support systems..
    • Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for structural and civil works.
    • Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.
    • Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to contractors.
    • Prepare and submit project progress reports and technical documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
    • Adhere to occupational health and safety policies.

    Data Analyst - Sales

    The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales and business data to support strategic decision-making and drive commercial performance. The role focuses on transforming raw data into meaningful insights through reporting, dashboards, and trend analysis to enhance sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business growth.

    Key Skills & Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
    • Experience: At least 3-5 years' experience in data analysis, sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.

    Key Responsibilities.

    • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to support business operations and sales performance tracking.
    • Generate accurate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to support business intelligence needs.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in sales and operational data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Utilize Advanced Excel techniques, including PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, and macros, for data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
    • Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and validate data efficiently.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Production, and Management to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards and reporting requirements. • Assist in automating reporting processes and improving data pipelines to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
    • Support business performance monitoring by developing interactive dashboards and maintaining reporting systems.
    • Provide basic IT support related to data systems, including hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and system setup to ensure smooth operation of reporting and data storage systems.
