    Executive Driver

    • Our company is therefore seeking to recruit a young, competent and self-driven driver for our Executive staff to join the team. This is an exclusive role requiring a focused person with the following qualifications;

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Carry out routine checks on the vehicles cooling and oiling systems, electrical system, tire pressure and brakes before driving
    • To pick and drop the Executive staff to various destinations, meetings etc. when and as required.
    • Timely detect and report malfunctioning of vehicle mechanical systems.
    • Maintain the Executive diary and drive keenly and diligently as authorized.
    • Hold all information with the required utmost confidentiality.
    • Take initiatives to propel required security standards and safety at all times for the vehicle and the Executive staff and/or property therein.
    • Ensure the vehicle is in proper working conditions and clean always.
    • Ensure motor vehicle documents are valid and well maintained.
    • Make sure all required materials in case of a meeting, are available and well-kept.
    • Make copies, print outs whenever required

    Core Competencies:

    • Basic mechanical skills.
    • Being visionary and result oriented
    • Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

    Requirements

    • KCSE minimum mean grade D+ (plus) or its equivalent;
    • Current driving license with current endorsements and valid for class B,C,E vehicles.
    • Must have 6 years continuous driving experience, with 3 years as an executive driver.
    • Accident-free record within the last four (4) years of continuous working period.
    • Must poses defensive driving certificate from a recognized institution.
    • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from Kenya Police Service.
    • First-Aid Certificate Course lasting not less than one (1) year at St. John Ambulance, or any other recognized institution will be an added advantage.
    • Basic computer skills are an added advantage.
    • Must be honest, responsible and uphold utmost confidentiality.
    • Preferably male adult of 35-45 years of age.

    Job Overview:

    Pastry Chef

    Job Overview:

    • Responsible for the creation, decoration, and presentation of desserts such as cakes, pastries and pies; ordering ingredients and supplies for the pastry to assist in the production of pastry and bakery products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure pastries and bakeries are prepared in strict adherence and consistency with the set procedures, requirements, high hygiene standards and on time 
    • Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen, working together with the other chefs

    • Complete assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner 
    • Strives to improve Food Quality  
    • Daily checks of all mis en place to ensure freshness & quality standards
    • Assign and follow – up tasks as dictated by business volumes and supervisors 
    • Actively seek tools for self-growth and development 
    • Performs any other reasonable duties as required by the department head and the management.

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of pastries and bakeries, 
    • Have a strong working knowledge of buffet and a la carte.
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Food Hygiene and Safety trained.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Enthusiastic and with an outgoing personality who is very guest driven.
