    Retail Sales Attendant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
    • Maintain a fully stocked store and receiving new shipments
    • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
    • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
    • Recommend and display items that match customer needs
    • Welcome and greet customer
    • Replenish the supply of gift shop items that are under stocked
    • Arrange stock on shelves
    • Manage point-of-sale processes
    • Keep up to date with product information
    • Accurately describe product features and benefits
    • Follow all companies policies and procedures
    • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the gift shop by dusting and vacuuming, washing the windows and doors, and straightening the merchandise
    •  Run the cash register and ensure the proper check-out process is followed. 

    Key Requirements

    • Proven working experience for at least 2 years in retail sales
    • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
    • Certificate of good conduct (A MUST)
    • Proficiency in English
    • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to stand for long hours
    • Knowledgeable in the operations of cash register and credit cards machines
    • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
    • Basic administration skills
    • Certificate or diploma in related field

    Account Manager

    Success Criteria: 

    • Long term goal of 3M/ Month in sales.
    • Engage and close advertisement agreements with Kenya’s top brands. 
    • Engage and close advertisement agreements with Kenya’s top agencies. 
    • Managing Sales Pipeline to Campaign Execution & Reporting. 
    • Manage the sales pipeline and source leads and client education. 
    • Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives. 
    • Ensuring client campaign satisfaction and frequent reporting.
    • Responsible for advertisement sales and revenue generation. 
    • Establish relationships with top advertisers and ad agencies across Kenya. 
    • Source leads, and manage the sales pipeline from pitching and educating to closing. 
    • Managing the performance of Key Customer Accounts in Kenya. 
    • Contentiously analyze, develop, execute and evaluate ad sales activities.

    Qualifications

    • BS/BA degree, preferably (but not necessarily) in Sales and Marketing, Communications, or Journalism. 
    • At least 5 years of experience working with top Agencies. 
    • Previous experience working in Media Sales is a MUST. 
    • Industry contacts. 
    • End-to-end experience in the content value chain with the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
    • Experience in managing and producing reports.
    • Experience working with content management systems.

    Medical Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Organizing appointments and meetings with the community- and hospital-based healthcare staff
    • Identifying and establishing new business
    • Negotiating contracts
    • Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists
    • Undertaking relevant research

    B2B Marketing Lead

    Responsibilities:

    • You will be responsible for the Brand’s advertisement platform including product innovation, product management, brand building, lead generation, content marketing, sales materials, and campaign management/ad operations.
    • Create sales materials and case studies communicating the unique value proposition of the brand to drive advertisement sales.
