    Litigation Advocate

    COMPENSATION: KES 80,000 – 142,000 (negotiable based on candidate experience and fitness for the job.)

    Our client, distinguished law firm specializing in a wide range of legal services, including corporate law, family law, and dispute resolution, is seeking to hire a Litigation Advocate.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD: -

    • Be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, with a current Practicing Certificate.
    • Have at least 5 years post admission working experience in a busy Law firm.
    • Be computer literate.
    • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and have the ability to handle pressure.
    • Have the ability to work with minimum or no supervision.

    Technical Sales Representative

    Our client is seeking to hire a Technical Sales Representative who are passionate, resolute, and focused. The incumbent will be responsible for the sales of Day-Old Chicks and Feeds as per set targets in the assigned region.

    KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive the sales of day-old chicks and feeds to meet or exceed set targets within the designated sales area.
    • Develop, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships in the assigned territory.
    • Provide timely technical support to the growers within the assigned region.
    • Motivate the team and enforce compliance with all relevant company SOPs, policies, statutory regulations, and expected behaviors.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:

    • Diploma in Animal Husbandry/Animal Health or a related field. Diploma in Sales and Marketing and/or a B.Sc. in Animal Health or a related field will be an added advantage.
    • 3+ years in sales and distribution and in technical assistance in the poultry sector.
    • Proficiency in driving both motorcycles and motor cars. Should have a valid driving license for motorcycles.

    Core Competencies:

    • Good communication skills (oral and written).
    • Good problem-solving skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Good planning skills.
    • Technical knowledge in poultry management.

    Warehouse Assistants

    JOB PURPOSE:

    • The individual will be responsible for all stocks & stock movements in the assigned Growers’ Shop warehouse as per SOPs.

    KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for always monitoring feed stock levels & maintaining stocks at the correct level.
    • Responsible for delivery of Day-Old chicks and feed from the feed mill, Hatchery and warehouse to customers as per SOPs.
    • Responsible for attending to customers when required and maintaining good customer relationships.
    • Complies to all relevant Company SOPs & policies, statutory regulations and expected Company behaviours always and implements corrective action when required.

    EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & CAREER EXPERIENCE

    Mandatory:

    • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant environment.
    • A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field

    Desirable:

    • A bachelor’s degree in business administration/supply chain/accounting or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in a relevant environment.

    Core Competencies.

    • Should be computer literate
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    Shop Assistants

    JOB PURPOSE:

    • The ideal candidate will assist the Shop Supervisor with stocks management and movement in the assigned shop as per SOPs and with the cleaning of the shop facility and performing any other duty as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

    KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assists the Shop Supervisor with management and movement of stock in the assigned shop as per SOPs.
    • Receive chicks from the Hatchery as required and maintain them in optimal conditions for distribution to customers.
    • Attending to customers in a timely and professional manner.
    • Generate invoices and provide all invoicing related documents required for each sale when required.
    • Comply to all relevant company SOPs & policies, statutory regulations and expected company behaviours always and implement corrective action when required.
    • Comply to biosecurity, QA SOPs and animal welfare standards.

    EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND CAREER EXPERIENCE:

    • A Diploma in Animal Health or Degree in Animal Health or a related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

    Core Competencies:

    • Should be Computer literate
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    Our client is seeking to hire 2 Hatchery workers. These individuals will perform assigned activities in the Hatchery’s Eggs and Chicks Departments.

    KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Execute assigned tasks in the Eggs & Chicks departments efficiently and accurately.
