RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Entry:

• Assisting the Accounting & Finance Manager with data entry tasks for accounting & bookkeeping

Invoice Processing:

• Prepare and process invoices promptly together with any copies and other documentation such as delivery notes Verify the accuracy of billing information including quantities and pricing

Filing & Record Keeping:

• Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of invoices and related documentation
• Ensuring all records are filed properly.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience (at least 2 years) in an Accounts Assistant role
• Accounting qualification
• Proficiency in the use of computer software and Microsoft Office applications
