    Food & Bevarage Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the daily operation of the company restaurant and support smooth kitchen and front-of-house activities.
    • Support food preparation, meal arrangement, and serving activities while ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
    • Assist in coordinating internal company receptions, business receptions, and meal arrangements for company leadership, visitors, and guests, ensuring professional hospitality service.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, dining, and front-of-house areas, including proper arrangement of supplies, utensils, and tableware.
    • Support the implementation of 6S management standards to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly working environment.
    • Coordinate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient food service, smooth workflow, and timely meal delivery.
    • Assist in monitoring food handling procedures and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
    • Support preparation and arrangement of dining areas during meetings, company events, and special hospitality functions.
    • Ensure proper handling, storage, and accountability of kitchen supplies and equipment.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in Food Production, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel, restaurant, kitchen support, or hospitality services.
    • Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Good organizational skills and attention to cleanliness.

    Audit Supervisor

    We are seeking a competent and experienced Audit Supervisor to join our Audit & Anti-Fraud team. This is a senior role responsible for leading internal audit activities, conducting fraud investigations, and strengthening internal controls across business operations in Africa.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    • The Audit Supervisor will oversee and execute internal audit and anti-fraud assignments across sales, procurement, inventory, and expenses. The role involves both office-based analysis and field investigations to identify risks, detect fraud, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Anti-Fraud & Investigations

    • Lead fraud investigations and handle whistle-blower reports and complaints independently and professionally.
    • Conduct market research and risk-based anti-fraud audits to identify irregularities and potential fraud risks.
    • Collect and analyze evidence, prepare findings, and produce detailed investigation reports.
    • Recommend corrective actions and preventive measures to mitigate fraud risks.

    Sales Audit

    • Review customer accounts and verify the accuracy and authenticity of sales transactions.
    • Conduct market verification to ensure compliance with pricing and sales procedures.
    • Identify inconsistencies and prepare structured audit reports with recommendations.

    Procurement Audit

    • Examine supplier transactions, pricing, and procurement processes for compliance and accuracy.
    • Conduct supplier reconciliations and market price analysis to ensure fairness and transparency.
    • Identify procurement risks and recommend improvements to strengthen controls.

    Operational Audit Support

    • Support audit activities across inventory management, expenses, and internal control systems.
    • Assist the Audit Manager in implementing audit plans and ensuring timely execution.
    • Identify weaknesses in internal controls and recommend corrective actions.

    Compliance & Training

    • Support staff integrity and anti-fraud awareness training programs.
    • Promote ethical conduct and compliance culture across the organization.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in internal audit or anti-fraud investigation.
    • Strong knowledge of audit procedures, fraud detection, and risk management.
    • Excellent analytical, investigation, and report-writing skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint.
    • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive investigations.
    • Willingness to travel for field investigations when required.

    • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
    • Certified Anti-Fraud Professional (CAP)

    Glaze & Pulp Material Tester

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Glaze & Pulp Material Tester to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in laboratory testing or manufacturing quality inspection and be able to support accurate testing, inspection, and reporting of raw materials used in production.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct routine daily testing of glaze, pulp, and raw materials used in production.
    • Perform adhesive grout processing, preparation, and fabrication for testing purposes.
    • Carry out on-site material inspection to ensure consistency and compliance with production standards.
    • Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory and testing equipment.
    • Implement new testing procedures linked to newly installed inspection equipment.
    • Record test results accurately and prepare clear reports.
    • Identify material defects, variations, and non-conformities and escalate findings.
    • Support production teams by providing timely quality feedback.
    • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and inspection procedures.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry & Analytical Chemistry.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in laboratory testing and material inspection.
    • Basic understanding of industrial testing methods and quality assurance processes.
    • Ability to operate laboratory/testing equipment and interpret results.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good communication and reporting skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
