    Legal Clerk

    Qualifications

    • Diploma required/ degree in legal studies preferred.
    • Prior experience in a legal assistant or clerk role is an advantage. 
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with legal software is a plus.
    • Legal certifications (such as Paralegal certification) would be an added advantage.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Organize, file, and manage legal documents.
    • Assist in legal research and prepare summaries.
    • Support case preparation and court filing processes.
    • Coordinate schedules and manage communications within the legal team.
    • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
    • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
    • Basic understanding of legal research tools and online databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
    • Experience with legal management software or document management systems is beneficial.

    Pharm Technician

    Qualifications

    • A diploma or certificate in Pharmacy Technology.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting. 
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under pharmacist supervision.
    • Maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels, accurate labeling, and expiration management.
    • Support customer service by providing medication information and assisting with queries.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain
    • cleanliness and safety protocols.

    HRO & Admin

    Qualifications

    • A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Handle employee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation. Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
    • Manage payroll, benefits, and HR documentation.
    • Oversee office administration tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Support employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
