    Senior client solutions specialist

    About the job

    • Analyze client configuration requests and design customized solutions to achieve their specific goals.
    • Implement customized product systems to address the unique business requirements of each client.
    • Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries via email and phone, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
    • Responsible for managing incoming calls in a phone queue and delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
    • Regularly maintain and update all project-related documents and tracking systems.
    • Responsible for establishing and reviewing cases and tasks in Clientspace to ensure records are organized and up to date.
    • Advise clients on best practices and offer guidance for optimal software utilization.
    • Conduct comprehensive system training, testing, and troubleshooting to support clients effectively.
    • Collaborate with team members on software releases and actively participate in ongoing training sessions.
    • Lead peer training sessions and serve as a subject matter expert on software, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

    Skills

    • At least 1 year and a half of experience in corporative client facing related positions technical or bachelor degree in any administrative/HR field High level of english Experience in clientspace is prefered

    Payroll Associate

    Job Summary

    • The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multiple client payrolls in a fast-paced and high-demand environment. This role requires strong analytical thinking, quick decision-making, and a high level of customer service. You will manage payroll workflows end-to-end, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, and act as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries. Success in this role depends on attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Payroll Processing & Management
    • Process and manage multiple client payrolls simultaneously
    • Ensure all payroll transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant
    • Understand and apply payroll taxation rules
    • Reporting & Compliance
    • Prepare quarter-end and year-end reporting
    • Generate ad hoc reports for clients
    • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations
    • Deductions & Adjustments
    • Process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies accurately
    • Client Support & Communication
    • Respond to client inquiries related to payroll and systems
    • Provide clear, professional, and timely support
    • Maintain strong client relationships through excellent service

    Coordination & Workflow

    • Manage payroll workflow from beginning to end
    • Coordinate activities with clients across multiple systems
    • Ensure deadlines are consistently met

    Operational Excellence

    • Manage client-related payroll projects
    • Maintain accountability, follow-through, and attention to detail
    • Perform additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • 1+ year of customer service experience
    • Experience in administrative roles is a MUST

    Additional Hiring Requirements
