    Senior Accountant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring there is enough funds to meet operational expenses.
    • Monitoring and controlling production and operational costs to maintain profitability.
    • Assisting directors in preparing documentation for securing financing options that support export activities.
    • Managing exposure to currency fluctuations which can impact revenues and costs.
    • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international regulations.
    • Creating and managing budgets and financial forecasts to guide the Directors in strategic planning and decision-making.
    • Working closely with procurement to optimize payment terms and inventory management to improve cash flow.
    • Setting competitive yet profitable pricing as well as costing.
    • Identifying and mitigating financial risks like credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
    • Ensuring taxes are submitted on time and the organization is compliant.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s in Finance or any other related field with CPAK.
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position in Agriculture Sector.
    • Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as SAP ERP systems.

    Sales and Solutions Engineer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
    • Making effective sales representations to prospective clients.
    • Preparation of weekly and monthly status reports and action plans.
    • Successful promotion of the company’s interests, increase market share, and growing product sales.
    • Ensuring that targets are met within the budgeting profits margins.
    • Developing and implementing strategies for increasing revenue.
    • Protection, growth and development of the already existing client base.
    • Ensure client’s inquiries and requests are responded to appropriately and in a timely manner
    • Monitoring and evaluating competitor activity, provision of market information and intelligence.

    • Must have experience working in a sales/commercial qualification of at least 3 year
    • Should have great communication and written skills.

    Credit Controller

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee efficient and timely collection of outstanding debts from customers, adhering to company credit policies.
    • Generate and verify customer invoices and statements for accuracy before distribution.
    • Ensure proper allocation of customer receipts to corresponding invoices using the Omni system or other tools.
    • Prepare comprehensive monthly reconciliations of customer accounts to identify discrepancies or outstanding balances.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to Credit Control Assistants and riders, fostering a cohesive team environment.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve billing or payment disputes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Enforce compliance with company credit policies, evaluate credit limits, and recommend adjustments when necessary.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on outstanding debts, collections, and customer credit profiles to the Credit Control Manager.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance credit control efficiency.
    • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Credit Control Manager.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or any relevant field from a recognized university and CPAK.
    • Must have at least 4 years of relevant working experience in credit control or similar roles.
    • Proficient in ERP and accounting software systems, with in-depth knowledge of applicable tax laws.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with great attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high integrity and confidentiality.
    • Experience in a multi-divisional, multi-national environment with cross-functional, multicultural team.

    Head of Sales and Marketing

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a comprehensive strategy to enhance the company’s presence in E. Africa.
    • Secure partnerships with distributors and retailers to improve the supply chain.
    • Drive sales to meet targets by identifying opportunities in various lubricant markets.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders for long-term partnerships.
    • Lead local sales teams in East Africa, setting targets and monitoring performance.
    • Assess market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of the industrial, specialty, and automotive lubricant markets in East Africa.
    • Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and manage long-term business relationships.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Willingness to travel extensively across the East African region as required.

    Creative Photography Lead (Real Estate)

    Responsibilities

    • Create compelling visuals for social media marketing, including professional photos and videos for ads on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
    • Set up and capture excellent shots for photography and video projects, including managing lighting, sound, and location setups.
    • Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software like Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
    • Manage media files and archive completed projects effectively.
