    ICT Officer

    • We are a Christian School seeking a qualified ICT Officer to implement ICT policies and standards, manage network and infrastructure systems, maintain school databases, and provide technical support for servers, applications, and related systems.

    Responsibilities

    • LMS and academic management - Execute daily Mzizi tasks for exams, attendance, and student records.
    • Troubleshoot system issues and escalate unresolved technical problems to the HOD ICT Support.
    • Access and security - Manage user accounts following the principle of least privilege and maintain activity logs.
    • Monitor systems for alerts and conduct regular security scans to ensure data protection.
    • Technical and parent support - Resolve tier 1 hardware and software queries for staff and learners.

    Front Office and Admissions Assistant

    • We are a Christian School seeking a qualified Front Office and Admissions Assistant. The successful candidate will provide professional front office support, manage admissions processes, deliver excellent service to parents, learners, and visitors, and maintain accurate records and communication.

    Responsibilities

    • Welcome and register visitors, clients, officials, and guests, maintaining accurate records. Listen to client queries or concerns, provide support, follow up on satisfaction, and escalate unresolved issues.
    • Monitor and respond to emails professionally, forward messages to relevant departments, and follow up on pending communications.
    • Answer phone calls courteously, provide accurate information, record messages, and ensure timely communication with clients.
    • Assist with new learner registration, opening day procedures, and parent orientation, including documentation and guidance.
    • Schedule placement assessments, coordinate with teachers, communicate with parents, and maintain assessment records.
    • Support learner clearance processes, track records, and maintain accurate reports for absenteeism and other front office activities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in front office, admissions, or customer service roles.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work professionally in a busy front office environment.
