    HVAC / Refrigeration Mechanic

    Job Summary

    The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Foreman leads and participates in the installation, maintenance, modification, overhaul, service, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment.

    Principal Accountabilities

    (Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract.)

    • Lead HVAC crew(s) and participate in the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems to ensure that the work performed is in compliance with blueprints, manufacturer specifications, and written and/or verbal instructions
    • Coordinate schedules to ensure proper distribution of work and adequate staffing
    • Track, analyze, and report on progress, trends, and issues, and recommend solutions and improvements
    • Implement preventive maintenance programs for air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment
    • Train personnel on activities relating to air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance to ensure an acceptable work performance level
    • Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork and chassis parts, using portable metalworking tools and welding equipment
    • Connect motors, compressors, temperature controls, humidity controls, and circulating ventilation fans to control panels and connect control panels to power source
    • May install, repair, and service up to twenty (20)-ton air conditioners
    • Perform other qualified duties as assigned

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Knowledge in principles of refrigeration, heating, and air handling

    Experience & Education

    MWR Senior Accountant

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    The MWR Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing and managing accounting functions and financial reporting for Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) operations. This individual ensures compliance with regulatory standards and Navy requirements and upholds a strong focus on customer service and administrative excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Preparing and maintaining a comprehensive accounting calendar that identifies the date of the end of each accounting month.
    • Generating and submitting financial reports—including reports from systems such as SAP, FoodTrak, Micros, and AIMS—in accordance with CNIC schedule requirements for monthly and annual financial book closings.
    • Preparing Uniform Funding Management Memorandum of Agreement (UFM MOA) billing by consolidating and reporting accumulated expenses by expense elements, with supporting documentation on Form 1034 (Public Voucher for Purchases and Services Other than Personal), in accordance with the AIMS User's Handbook.
    • Ensuring compliance with Navy guidance under CNICINST 1710.3—Operation of MWR Programs, Chapter 1, Section 114, for all related accounting operations.
    • Handling revenue tracking, expense allocation, and other financial management activities necessary for MWR program success.
    • Ensuring customer service excellence by participating in and applying training equivalent to the Navy’s MWR Star Service, Achieving Extraordinary Customer Relations (AECR) program.
    • Ensuring the proper management of hazardous materials, including adherence to required procedures for handling and storage, and maintaining current CPR certification.
    • Performing financial reconciliations, analyses, and audits for all MWR-related accounts and operations to ensure accountability and compliance with governing standards.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Relevant accounting or financial management experience in a leadership or senior accounting role.
    • Familiarity with accounting systems such as SAP, FoodTrak, Micros, and AIMS, as well as any equivalent financial systems.
    • Proven experience in preparing financial reports and managing billing requirements in accordance with federal regulations, such as the AIMS User’s Handbook.

    Marine Engine Mechanic

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Performs maintenance, repair, and preservation of gasoline and diesel engines, 25 horsepower and above two- and four-stroke outboard engines, hydraulic systems, cargo pumps and valves, tank valves, air compressors and welding machines
    • Ensures marine operations will be conducted IAW most current U.S. Coast Guard standards, CFR 49, IMDGC, OSHA 29 CFR 1917 and 1918, ATP 4-15, and host nation standards
    • Develops fleet maintenance programs, and employee training programs
    • Ensures annual inspections are conducted on all watercraft
    • Performs preventive maintenance to include lubricating, cleaning, servicing, inspecting, and testing equipment

    • Cleans and cares for tools, equipment and shop facilities

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Five (5) years’ experience working as an industrial Mechanic on Marine power system engines
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Certifications from a related mechanical trade school
    • Knowledge of the principles of operation of the internal combustion engine (gasoline and diesel, two and four stroke) and other mechanical components such as brake systems (air and hydraulic), the electrical system and the hydraulic system
    • Must be in possession of a valid passport and able to travel internationally.
    • Passport should be valid for at least one (1) year at the time of hire.
    • Proficient English language skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of deployment.

    Motor Vehicle Mechanic

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Perform maintenance and repair services on various vehicles and equipment, including Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTVE), Weight Handling Equipment (WHE), Material Handling Equipment (MHE), and Other Handling Equipment (OHE), as applicable.
    • Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose mechanical issues using current technology and diagnostic procedures.
    • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned vehicles and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
    • Perform all work on WHE in compliance with NAVFAC P-307 requirements.
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of new technologies, vehicle systems, and troubleshooting procedures for WHE.

    • Execute maintenance, repair, and operational duties for War Reserve Material (WRM) vehicles and equipment per Air Force requirements.
    • Provide emergency road service between 0700 and 2100 hours, seven days per week, as assigned.
    • Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities while adhering to quality and safety protocols.
    • Operate vehicles and equipment as necessary to perform diagnostics and ensure repair quality.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum of two (2) years of journeyman-level experience in vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair, specifically on NTVE, WHE, MHE, or OHE, as applicable.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Familiarity with current technology, troubleshooting techniques, and diagnostics related to vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair.
    • Trained in maintenance and repair for all WHE equipment.
    • Ability to maintain, repair, and operate Air Force WRM vehicles and equipment.
    • Must be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
    • Passport should be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.

    Medical Records Technician BOSC Clinic

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    The Medical Records Technician is responsible for managing patient medical records effectively, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and security of sensitive health information.     Medium Voltage Foreman

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    The Locksmith is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various locking mechanisms and security systems supporting both residential and commercial facilities.     Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive arts, graphic, and media printing services to meet customer requests and deliver high-quality personalized products, including:
    • Printing custom T-shirts.
    • Creating sports uniforms.
