    Go To Market (GTM) Team Lead - Africa

    Summary:

    • We are seeking a highly strategic and creative Executive Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead to spearhead our growth and expansion initiatives across the African continent. This executive-level role demands a visionary thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record of delivering innovative and disruptive GTM strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive regional plans, identifying untapped market opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic partnerships, and unconventional approaches.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Market Penetration and Growth:

    • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes across African markets.
    • Develop and execute visionary GTM strategies that challenge industry norms and drive disruptive growth.
    • Identify and capitalize on new market segments, verticals, and geographical areas for expansion within the African region.

    Executive Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Leverage cutting-edge digital marketing, social media, and other unconventional channels to engage with customers and prospects.

    Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement:

    • Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of regional GTM strategies.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance results.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation, ensuring GTM plans are refined based on market insights and feedback.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is highly preferred.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive-level GTM, product marketing, or strategic sales roles, with a proven track record of success in the African region.
    • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for developing innovative and disruptive solutions.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, fostering customer relationships, and providing expert consulting services to help organizations leverage the full potential of Azure cloud computing.

    Key Responsibilities:
