    GYM Instructor

    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare gym activities/sessions and advertise as necessary.
    • Responsible for all activities and gym operations for guests effectively as per program
    • Ensure that all the tools & equipment necessary to carry out these activities is available, sanitized and maintained.
    • Maintain inventory, report any repairs and store all items required for activities in the guests area.
    • Upsell gym program to inhouse guest and walk in.
    • Take guests on excursions as per program or as advised by the entertainment manager
    • Always receive/welcome guests/VIP’S and groups arriving at the gym courteously with a genuine smile
    • Perform any other duties assigned on official capacity by anyone in authority in the interest of the company.
    • Get feedback plus motivate guests on all activities while providing a unique atmosphere in actions and behavior.
    • Giving supervision at all times to the guests and make sure activities are well manned.

    Qualification

    • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Fitness Training, Physical Education, or a related field.
    • Valid Gym/Fitness Instructor certification from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Gym Instructor or Fitness Trainer in a reputable fitness facility, hotel, or health club.
    • Certification in First Aid and CPR with strong knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise techniques, and safety procedures.
    • Minimum Qualification: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Fitness Training, Physical Education, Sports Science, or a relate

    Front Office Manager

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations at a boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • At least 3- 4 years of front office experience in a reputable hotel.
    • Previous supervisory or management experience in a front office environment is preferred.
    • Mandatory proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused personality.
    • Flexible and willing to work shifts
