    HR Officer – Learning & Development

    • As the HR Officer – Learning & Development you will support the design, implementation, and monitoring of learning and development programs across Victory Farms. This role will also focus on building employee capability, strengthening leadership pipelines, and driving a culture of continuous learning. A key part of the role will also entail managing the Graduate Aquaculture Learning & Training (GALT) program — including trainee hiring, performance tracking, supervisor/ manager coordination, and ensuring compliance with the six-month rotation across departments.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Learning and Development

    • Conduct regular training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
    • Develop and deliver training plans aligned with company goals and employee growth needs.
    • Design and curate learning content (workshops, e-learning, manuals, and other materials).
    • Facilitate onboarding, refresher, and capacity-building sessions across functions.
    • Maintain training records and learning dashboards.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and report on participation, outcomes, and ROI. Promote a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing across the organization.

    GALT Program Management

    • Lead the end-to-end management of the Graduate Aquaculture Leadership Training (GALT) program.
    • Oversee recruitment and selection of GALT trainees.
    • Coordinate and monitor trainee rotations across departments, ensuring compliance with the six-month cycle.
    • Work closely with departmental managers to assign mentors, track trainee performance, and address development needs.
    • Organize review meetings and performance evaluations for trainees and supervisors.
    • Continuously improve the GALT curriculum and related learning experiences.

    Performance and Talent Development

    • Support managers in identifying performance improvement opportunities and implementing learning interventions.
    • Work with the Head of HR to identify high-potential employees and design development initiatives.
    • Support succession planning and leadership development programs.

    Learning Systems and Evaluation

    • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of learning management systems.
    • Track training attendance, feedback, and completion rates.
    • Prepare and present learning and development reports to management.

    Skills and qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development or related HR role.
    • Strong facilitation, coordination, and reporting skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Experience managing structured training or graduate programs is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency with learning technologies or digital learning platforms.

    Administrative Supervisor

    • We are seeking an Administrative Supervisor to manage daily office operations. Responsibilities include supervising support staff, overseeing office administration, coordinating events and travel, managing records, and ensuring smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will possess excellence organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth office operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise daily headquarters operations and provide administrative support.
    • Oversee timely rent and utility payments and supervise office support staff,
    • Track and update Amazon purchases.
    • Coordinate with shipping companies (Aquantuo & Kentex) to track incoming orders, receive deliveries, verify weights, and determine final goods costing based on weight and price
    • Distribute Amazon goods to respective departments and teams
    • Maintain daily Equity card payments and reconcile them on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Oversee office repairs and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
    • Prepare and distribute newborn and birthday cards monthly.
    • Welcome and register visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
    • Manage internal and external communication, including document printing and correspondence.
    • Process purchase orders (POs) on ERP and follow up on related payments for travel, meals, and accommodation allowances..
    • Plan and coordinate team functions, corporate events and annual celebrations.
    • Manage staff uniform issuance, inventory, and recognition programs.
    • Update the Employee Board of Fame and coordinate award distribution across sites.
    • Arrange travel logistics, including flights and hotel bookings, for staff and guests.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in managing office operations, including  payments, and maintenance.
    • Ability to coordinate events, travel arrangements, and staff recognition programs.

    IT Technician

    • As the IT Technician you will responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining all company digital devices, including laptops, phones, printers, and tablets, ensuring accurate asset tracking and documentation. The position provides frontline IT support and training to our farm staff, addressing technical issues and promoting efficient use of digital tools. You will also monitor network and system security, troubleshooting connectivity, supporting IoT device integration, enforcing data protection policies, and mitigating cybersecurity risks.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Device Support & Asset Management

    • Set up, configure, and maintain company laptops, phones, printers, tablets, and other digital devices.
    • Ensure proper device tagging, inventory tracking, and documentation in the IT asset management system (e.g., ERPNext).
    • Perform routine troubleshooting, software updates, and preventive maintenance.
    • Coordinate device repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
    • Support implementation of device usage policies and access controls across user levels.

    User Support & Training

    • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues across farm departments (onsite and remote).
    • Respond to user requests efficiently and document solutions for knowledge sharing.
    • Provide basic training to staff on digital tools, applications, and cybersecurity awareness.
    • Collaborate with the Technology team to roll out new systems and ensure user adoption.
    • Maintain a culture of excellent service, communication, and accountability.

    Network & Systems Security

    • Monitor and maintain local networks, routers, access points, and cabling.
    • Troubleshoot connectivity issues across farm sites and coordinate with service providers when needed.
    • Support network configuration for IoT devices (feed systems, cameras, sensors, etc.).
    • Assist in implementing and enforcing data protection, password, and backup policies.
    • Report and help mitigate potential cybersecurity risks or incidents.

    Skills and qualifications:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a multi-site or field-based environment.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, Android, and common business applications.
    • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, IP configuration).
    • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
    • Comfortable working in field environments (farm sites, hatcheries, depots).
    • Experience with IT asset management systems (ERPNext, Odoo, or similar). Preferred
    • Knowledge of endpoint management tools (MDM, antivirus, remote desktop support). Preferred
    • Basic understanding of network security and CCTV systems. Preferred
