About the job
- We’re looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven HubSpot CRM Operations Specialist to take ownership of our CRM ecosystem and help scale our revenue operations.
- You’ll work closely with Sales and SDR teams to ensure campaigns, automations, and reporting are executed flawlessly.
What You’ll Do
- Own CRM data hygiene: ensure accuracy, consistency, and structure across contacts, companies, and deals
- Build and manage HubSpot workflows, automations, and sequences
- Support Sales & SDR teams with campaign execution and prospecting lists
- Monitor pipeline activity to identify stalled opportunities and gaps
- Create dashboards and reports on sales performance and revenue metrics (RevOps)
- Continuously improve CRM processes and identify efficiency opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (Admin/Backend preferred)
- Proven experience with CRM cleanup, database management, or process optimization
- Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or similar roles
- Advanced/Fluent English (C1 required) for working with U.S. teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment
