Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) is a State Corporation established through the Science and Technology (Amendment) Act of 1979, which has since been amended to Science, Technology and Innovation Act 2013. The 1979 Act established KEMRI as a National body responsible for carrying out health research in Kenya.

Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields; Medical Laboratory Sciences, Laboratory Sciences, Analytical/Applied Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Applied Sciences/Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Science and Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology or Biotechnology or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Registration Certificate issued by the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB) where applicable; or any other recognized regulatory body;
Valid practicing license from Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists where applicable;
Proficiency in computer application;
Be a Kenyan youth below 30 years of age
Should have graduated and obtained the relevant final degree certificate
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution in any of the following disciplines: Business Administration/Management/Commerce, Human Resource Management, Finance & Economics, Procurement or any related field.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in computer applications
Be a Kenyan youth below 30 years of age
Should have graduated and obtained the relevant final degree certificate
Diploma in Social Sciences / Community Health Development or Health Records and Information Technology or any related field from a recognized instituttion
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
