    Isuzu Parts Specialist, Auto Spares Division

    Job Role

    • To lead parts operations by ensuring optimal availability, technical accuracy, and revenue growth, while driving efficiency in inventory management and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    Parts Operations & Revenue Growth

    • Oversee end-to-end parts sales operations and revenue performance 
    • Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies for parts 
    • Analyze sales trends and implement growth initiatives 

    Technical Leadership

    • Act as the subject matter expert on Isuzu parts and systems 
    • Guide technicians and junior staff on complex parts identification 
    • Ensure accuracy in parts catalog usage and system updates 

    Inventory Strategy & Control

    • Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies 
    • Minimize stockouts and overstock through data-driven planning 
    • Oversee stock audits, shrinkage control, and reporting 

    Customer Experience Management

    • Handle escalated customer issues and technical queries 
    • Ensure high service standards and customer retention 
    • Work closely with service teams to improve turnaround time 

    Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination

    • Collaborate with procurement on sourcing strategies 
    • Monitor supplier performance related to parts availability 

    Reporting & Performance Management

    • Track KPIs and generate actionable insights 
    • Present performance reports to management 

    Qualifications

    • Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field 
    • 5–8 years’ experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/supervisory role 
    • Experience with Isuzu or similar automotive brands 

    Skills & Competencies

    • Advanced technical knowledge of automotive parts 
    • Leadership and team coordination 
    • Data analysis and reporting 
    • Commercial awareness 
    • ERP/Inventory systems expertise

    Procurement Manager (Isuzu Parts), Product Management (Financial Products)

    Job Role

    • To lead and drive the procurement strategy for automotive parts, ensuring cost optimization, supplier excellence, and uninterrupted supply to support business growth and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Procurement Leadership

    • Develop and execute long-term procurement strategies
    • Align procurement plans with business growth and market demand 
    • Lead sourcing initiatives for cost efficiency and quality improvement 

    Supplier Strategy & Governance

    • Build and manage a high-performing supplier network 
    • Lead contract negotiations and strategic partnerships 
    • Conduct supplier performance reviews and risk assessments 

    Financial & Cost Optimization

    • Drive cost-saving initiatives and value engineering 
    • Manage procurement budgets and forecasts 
    • Analyze spend and identify efficiency opportunities 

    Supply Chain Integration

    • Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and parts teams 
    • Ensure seamless supply chain flow and minimize disruptions 

    Leadership & Team Management

    • Lead and mentor procurement team members 
    • Set performance targets and monitor team output 

    Compliance & Risk Management

    • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulations 
    • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks 

    Reporting & Insights

    • Provide strategic reports and recommendations to senior leadership 
    • Use data analytics to support decision-making

    • Cost savings achieved (%) 
    • Supplier performance & reliability 
    • Procurement cycle time 
    • Inventory availability 
    • Budget adherence 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field 
    • Professional certification (CIPS, KISM) required/preferred 
    • 7–10 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in leadership 
    • Strong background in automotive or parts industry
