Job Description
The Research and Policy Analyst will join our research team in conducting costing and cost-benefit analyses of various health interventions and conduct or review systematic reviews and programme evaluations to draw policy and programme design lessons on maternal, new born, neonatal, child, and adolescent health, nutrition, WASH and other Neglected Tropical Diseases.
Applicants should be holders of a PhD in Health Economics or Economics, or related field in public health and social sciences, with a minimum of three years' postdoctoral experience in conducting complex quantitative analyses.
The candidate should also have demonstrable experience in qualitative analysis, policy analysis and policy engagement, and in writing quality research reports, policy-oriented products, and journal publications.

The successful candidates will provide research, project monitoring and management, proposal development, policy engagement, and administrative support to the Executive Director.
The job holder will have proven experience in planning, coordination, communication, and monitoring in their work, and should be able to work well under pressure.
Applicants should have a Masters' degree in Economics, Demography, Public Health, Education, or related social sciences with at least five years' work experience in a project officer or project management role.
The job holder should also have at least five years' experience at a senior level on M&E, including institutional M&E development and oversight.

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) specialist will develop and oversee operationalization of the institutional MEL framework and systems to ensure that they effectively support achievement of the Institute's strategic plan.
The job holder should have a Masters' degree in either Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) or in a related discipline such as Demography, Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, but with formal training in MEL.
The job holder should also have at least five years' experience at a senior level on M&E, including institutional M&E development and oversight.
Job Description
The Finance Officer will execute finance and accounting operations, support development of grant and institutional budgets, grants accounting and reporting, procurement, and management of statutory compliance issues and other related functions of operations.
Applicants should have an MBA in finance or accounting from a recognized institution of higher learning, and professional qualifications in Accounting (CPAK). They should also possess a minimum of 5 years of work experience and progressive responsibility in a similar position in the International NGO sector.
