    Commission Based Debt Collections Officers

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively monitor debtor accounts to identify those with overdue payments.
    • Contact debtors via phone, email, letters, or in-person (field visits), to request payment of outstanding balances.
    • Negotiate payment plans, settlements, or other repayment arrangements consistent with company policies.
    • Follow up persistently to ensure payments are made as agreed.
    • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in debtor accounts, such as mismatches, disputes, or incorrect billing.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications, payments, promises to pay, and outstanding balances.
    • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards applicable to debt collection.
    • Handle debtor personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2019: maintain confidentiality, secure storage, only use for authorized purposes.
    • Meet or exceed collection targets or performance metrics.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency in processes.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum of a high school certificate. Additional qualifications in finance, accounting, business, public relations, or a related field is an advantage.
    • Prior experience in debt collection, credit control, telemarketing, insurance, or related finance / customer-facing roles is beneficial.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure, handle difficult conversations, and maintain composure.
    • Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks governing debt collection in Kenya.
    • Proficient in using computers, debt collection or CRM software, and basic spreadsheet tools.
    • Good time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage a large number of accounts.
    • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.

    Liquids Mechanic(FMCG)

    Main accountabilities 

    • Leading in maintaining and repairing Liquids equipment
    • Participating in designing autonomous and preventive maintenance plans
    • Overhauling and Maintaining Liquids equipment to eliminate downtime and defects
    • Monitoring machine performance, eliminate breakdowns and minor stops
    • Fabrication, welding and Fittings
    • Preparing and maintaining Maintenance reports
    • Raising requisitions of required parts
    • Interpreting plans/drawings and fabricating.
    • Performing any other duties that may be assigned

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: -

    • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Final proficiency certificate with more than 10 years hands on experience in Manufacturing operations
    • Have hands on experience of over 5 years in Maintenance.
    • Experience in maintenance of pumps in a juice processing environment will be an added advantage.
    • Job skills or professional certification
    • Has good altitude and ability to work with minimum supervision

    Pharmaceutical Technologist

    Key responsibilities of the position

    • Accurate, ethical and safe dispensing
    • Safe, secure, proper storage and cost effective use of pharmaceutical products
    • Meeting of client and statutory expectations with regard to pharmaceutical services provided
    • Implementation of policies, standard operating procedures relating to services provided
    • Maintenance of the best customer care standards in delivery of pharmacy services
    • Rational use of medicines in line with assigned duties
    • Maintaining requisite competencies and statutory requirements to practice as a pharmaceutical technologist
    • Reduce risks associated with medication use

    Main Duties

    • Dispensing of medicines and related devices
    • Commodity management
    • Medication incident reporting
    • Implementation and adherence to Medication Management and Use standards and International Patient Safety Goals
    • Participation in medication use evaluations
    • Provision of medicines and poisons information
    • Adherence to absolute pharmacy service standards
    • Exceptional customer care standards in the unit
    • Daily patient follow-up
    • Preparing of timely reports to agreed detail.

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES

    • Education and Professional Training
    • Diploma in Pharmacy recognised by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board
