    Instore Sales Person

    • Greet customers and offer exceptional service while guiding them through our product selection.
    • Provide accurate information on the nutritional and wellness benefits of products.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets by actively engaging customers and upselling where appropriate.
    • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organised.
    • Receive, inspect, and arrange new stock deliveries.
    • Process transactions accurately through point-of-sale systems.
    • Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items.
    • Support the planning and execution of in-store promotions or wellness events.
    • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and service

    Qualifications 

    • KCSE certificate required; minimum of diploma in Sales, Nutrition, or Customer Service is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in retail or wellness-focused sales roles.
    • Familiarity with organic, herbal, or nutritional products is a strong advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, Canva, Meta and basic tech tools.

    Merchandiser

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Eastnat Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products are well-presented in retail outlets, optimising shelf space, executing promotions, and building strong relationships with store managers to drive sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute product displays and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
    • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
    • Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, and wholesalers to ensure brand visibility.
    • Track sales performance and gather market intelligence.
    • Train store staff on product features and promotional campaigns.
    • Liaise with the supply chain and sales teams to coordinate deliveries and returns.
    • Prepare weekly reports on merchandising activities, inventory levels etc.
    • Ensure promotional materials are properly placed and maintained.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a merchandising or retail sales role, preferably in FMCG.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, Canva, Meta and basic tech tools.

    HORECA & Modern Trade Sales Person

    Eastnat Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Person to drive business growth within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and Modern Trade sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business, and ensuring strong visibility and uptake of our wellness and organic product range. This role requires a high level of initiative, relationship management, and market intelligence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and onboard new clients in the HORECA and modern trade segments.
    • Grow sales and increase brand presence in supermarkets, hypermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, procurement teams, and store managers.
    • Execute product listings, shelf management, and in-store activations in collaboration with the merchandising team.
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns efficiently.
    • Track market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
    • Support the marketing team during events, demos, and promotions.
    • Maintain accurate records and submit regular sales reports.

    Qualification

    • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HORECA and/or modern trade sales, preferably within FMCG, food, or wellness sectors.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
    • Experience working with digital tools including Excel, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms is a plus
