    Marketing and Social Media Manager

    Key Responsibilities 

    1. Develop and implement a detailed, systemized marketing strategy for all property listings. 
    2. Write compelling copy for website, social media, and brochures in line with the A-List brand tone. 
    3. Manage content calendars and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,Titktok and WhatsApp. 
    4. Oversee uploading of content to platforms including BuyRent Kenya and WhatsApp catalogue. 
    5. Liaise with sub-agents to source property content, ensure folders are correctly updated on Google Drive. 
    6. Work with the graphic designer to create branded marketing materials. 
    7. Conduct occasional on-site visits for content creation (BTS, reels, highlights). 
    8. Analyse performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and lead generation. 
    9. Research and implement WhatsApp marketing tools (broadcast, catalogues, automation). 
    10. Coordinate ad boosting, content reshuffling, and property rotation on BuyRent and socials. 

    Qualifications 

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field. 
    2. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in real estate marketing or a fast-paced marketing environment. 
    3. Proven track record of managing content calendars and digital campaigns. 
    4. Excellent writing, copy-editing, and communication skills. 
    5. Proficiency in Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, and social scheduling tools. 
    6. Familiarity with real estate platforms. 
    7. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
    8. Self-driven, creative, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.

    Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Identify and pursue potential property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through networking, referrals, and digital platforms. 
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and maintain regular engagement with investors and repeat clients. 
    • Source new property listings and maintain an updated portfolio within target areas.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to guide clients on pricing, demand, and investment opportunities. 
    • Advise clients on suitable property options and provide professional guidance throughout the process.
    • Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting features, amenities, and neighborhood insights.
    • Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial terms. 
    • Support the transaction process from inquiry to closing, ensuring documentation, payments, and compliance are in order. 
    • Collaborate with marketing to promote listings via campaigns, social media, and open houses. 10. Maintain accurate client records, report leads, viewings, offers, and closed deals to management. 

    Required Skills & Qualifications 

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred 
    • Prior experience in sales, real estate, insurance sales, property advisory, or client relationship management roles is an added advantage 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
    • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities 
    • Proven sales and persuasion skills 
    • Client relationship management and strong customer service orientation 
    • Good time management and organizational skills 
    • Strong market awareness with the ability to conduct research and analyze trends 9. Professional presentation and networking skills
