    Chief Strategy Consultant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead enterprise-level strategic diagnostics, including stakeholder discovery and executive alignment
    • Facilitate Board and ExCo strategy working sessions, prioritisation discussions, and decision forums
    • Translate strategic direction into execution-ready priorities, portfolios, and measurable performance outcomes
    • Develop executive-grade outputs including strategy narratives, investment cases, transformation roadmaps, and decision papers
    • Establish implementation governance, including cadence, accountability, and performance review discipline
    • Provide senior advisory support during rollout, stabilisation, and early implementation to sustain momentum

    Qualifications

    • A strong academic foundation in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related discipline
    • Minimum 15 years progressive experience in strategy consulting, enterprise transformation, corporate strategy, or senior advisory leadership
    • MBA is strongly recommended; PhD or equivalent research-based qualification is highly desirable
    • Demonstrated track record leading enterprise-level strategy engagements from diagnosis to implementation governance
    • Proven ability to operate at Board, CEO, and Executive Committee level with high credibility and discretion
    • Strong command of strategic analysis, operating models, governance frameworks, and performance management systems
    • Exceptional executive writing capability (board papers, strategic narratives, decision memos, investment cases)
    • High maturity in stakeholder management, influence, and facilitation across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
    • Strong commercial judgement, including experience shaping proposals and leading senior client engagements

    Senior ISO Lead Auditor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead audit planning and delivery, including scope definition, audit programme design, and evidence-based execution
    • Assess management system maturity, effectiveness, and operational conformity against applicable ISO requirements
    • Document audit findings with clarity and precision, including nonconformities, observations, and improvement opportunities
    • Guide corrective action planning and verify closure through objective evidence and follow-up reviews
    • Provide audit readiness support to process owners and senior leadership, strengthening compliance habits and control discipline
    • Produce executive-grade audit reports and present outcomes professionally to leadership teams

    Qualifications

    • Recognized ISO Lead Auditor certification (relevant standard(s))
    • Minimum 7 years progressive experience in auditing and management systems across multiple organizations
    • Strong competence in audit reporting, evidence evaluation, and professional judgement
    • High integrity, independence, and confident client-facing communication
    • Experience in complex, multi-site, or regulated operating environments is an advantage

    Operations Governance Lead

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead operational governance reviews to identify gaps in accountability, controls, and execution discipline
    • Design and embed governance mechanisms including decision rights, escalation paths, and management cadence
    • Drive standardisation of core operational practices to improve consistency, quality, and service delivery.
    • Strengthen control discipline including documentation integrity, change control, and performance tracking routines
    • Facilitate executive and cross-functional working sessions to secure alignment and adoption
    • Produce executive-grade outputs

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s is an advantage
    • Minimum 8 years progressive experience in operations governance, operational excellence, risk and controls, or consulting delivery
    • Demonstrated capability operating at senior leadership level with strong facilitation and stakeholder influence
    • High standard of professional writing, documentation discipline, and structured thinking
    • Proven delivery record in complex, multi-stakeholder or multi-site environments
