• Maintaining financial records by analysing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Processing weekly payroll accurately and timely.
• Preparing and verifying bank deposits and carrying out bank reconciliations.
• Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

• Should be a person of integrity and honesty
• Should be a team player. 
• He/she should be willing to work anywhere in the Country.  
• He/she should have a record of good performance in previous employment.
• Should have a minimum qualification of CPA Part II.
• Should have a record of good performance.

• An experience of at least 1 year as an Accounts Assistant is desirable

• Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
• Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.

• The applicant will be required to hold a business related University Degree – B.Com (Marketing option or Finance) or B. Ed (Business Administration option), or Diploma in Co-operative Management, Marketing or  Business Administration
• A minimum experience of 1 year in sales in the Finance industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Direct customers to online resources.
• Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
• Pitch ideas for improving customer care.
• Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.
