    Accountant

    KES 70,000 85,000 (Gross) Benefits as per company policy
    Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • CPA(K) qualification is mandatory
    • 5-6 years of relevant accounting experience
    • Experience in FMCG, distribution, or HORECA industry preferred
    • Strong knowledge of AR, AP, reconciliations, and financial reporting
    • Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
    • Candidates based in or familiar with the Mombasa market preferred

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accounts Receivable & Payables: Manage invoicing, collections, supplier payments, reconciliations, aging reports, and maintain accurate financial records while ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.
    • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Support month-end and year-end closing, bank reconciliations, audits, tax documentation, inventory reconciliations, and preparation of financial and management reports.
    • Cash Flow & Controls: Monitor payment schedules, maintain proper documentation workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

    Head Baker

    Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field
    • 6-9 years of experience in bakery production or related roles
    • Strong professional baking and pastry expertise
    • Experience in recipe development and bakery operations management
    • Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities
    • Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Bakery Production & Operations: Oversee daily bakery operations, manage production schedules, and ensure timely and efficient output.
    • Recipe Development & Product Innovation: Develop and standardize bakery recipes while introducing new products aligned with customer preferences and market trends.
    • Team Leadership & Staff Development: Train, mentor, and supervise bakery staff while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Quality Control & Food Safety: Ensure product consistency, maintain quality standards, and enforce compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
    • Inventory & Cost Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with purchasing and sales teams, and support cost control and budgeting initiatives.

    Head Chef

    Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

    • Culinary degree or relevant culinary/pastry certification preferred
    • 7-9 years of experience in a Head Chef or senior culinary leadership role
    • Strong experience in menu development and kitchen operations
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
    • Experience in inventory management, supplier coordination, and cost control

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Kitchen Operations & Food Quality: Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand standards.
    • Menu Development & Innovation: Develop creative menus and introduce appealing dishes aligned with customer preferences and business objectives.
    • Team Leadership & Staff Management: Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff while managing schedules and maintaining strong team performance.
    • Inventory & Cost Control: Manage inventory, supplier relationships, food costs, and wastage to support operational efficiency and profitability.
    • Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across all kitchen operations.
