Reports to: The Zone Manager

Purpose: Provision of quality cleaning standards to the clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Management of all cleaners assigned to the station
• Prepares and manage work schedule for stewards and reallocates work to cover absences
• Implementing work plans
• Inspection of all areas cleaned by stewards
• Identify training needs of the stewards
• Training stewards on service standards
• Ensuring that the stewards adhere to the company policies and procedures
• Ensures cleaning machines and equipment is well maintained and is safe for use
• Handling complaints and feedback from clients
• Provide help and guidance to immediate reports
• Solve operational problems and make decisions
• Preparation and submission of reports
• Monitoring cleaning material stock levels and reorder materials when needed
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance of cleaning procedures workplace health & safety
• Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace
• Participate in any other duties that shall be reasonably assigned by the management from time to time

Qualification

• Preferred candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor
• Must have training certificates or Diploma in related field

Reports to: The Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities: 

1. Liaising with departmental heads to identify training needs within the organization
2.  Conducting orientation programs and planning on the job training for new hires
3.  Driving the organization’s values and philosophy in all training and development activities
4. Plan and deliver training courses in line with the company standards
5. Stay informed as to relevant skills and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance 
6. Developing individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
7. Preparing training materials for the different trainings
8. Effective preparation and management of the training budget
9. Effectively communicating with team members, trainees, and management on any upcoming training
10. Ensuring all training activities and materials are in line with the organizational policies and relevant laws
11. Familiarizing our team with the expected cleaning standards for all our stations
12.  Participate in any other duties that shall be reasonably assigned by the management from time to time

Qualification

• Preferred candidate should have experience as a Training Manager
• Should have Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
