Are you highly organised, confident working with data and capable of keeping people, projects and office operations moving effectively?
We are looking for a resourceful Office Executive to support business and project development through crop research, efficient office administration, field coordination and strong farmer relationships.
Gross salary: KES 50,000 per month
Key responsibilities will include:

• Researching crop supply chains and compiling clear documentation
• Collecting, sorting and entering data and preparing reports
• Coordinating staff travel and farm visits
• Tracking field staff activities, data and work output
• Sharing information across agronomy, farming and sales teams
• Supporting product development and farmer relationships
• Coordinating meetings and preparing presentations

The ideal candidate will have:

•  A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Agribusiness or a related field; a relevant certificate supported by equivalent practical experience will also be considered
• At least five years’ experience in administration, operations or project support, including data reporting and coordination
• Experience in the agricultural sector will be an advantage
• Practical Excel skills, including data entry, sorting, filters and basic formulas
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, email and digital recordkeeping
• Strong research, reporting, planning and communication skills
• Excellent organisation, teamwork and farmer-relations capabilities

Key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying prospects and building a strong service-sales pipeline
• Researching crop supply chains and prospective clients’ needs
• Pitching agricultural services to NGOs and similar organisations
• Preparing pitch decks, presentations and sales reports
• Conducting calls, meetings and consistent follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate prospect lists and communication records
• Using market insights to strengthen service positioning
• Meeting outreach and client-onboarding targets

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness or a related field; a relevant certificate supported by equivalent practical experience will also be considered
• At least five years’ experience in sales or business development, including selling services to organisations
• Demonstrable experience in prospecting, pitching, follow-ups and client onboarding
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides
• The ability and willingness to learn about agricultural services and crop supply chains
• A self-motivated approach and the ability to integrate quickly into a team
