    Develon Aftermarket Sales Executive

    Our client is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Executive responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of excavator and wheel loader attachments, spare parts, wear parts, and consumables. The role focuses on developing new business, growing existing customer accounts, providing technical product recommendations, and delivering excellent after-sales support. The successful candidate will identify market opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, monitor competitor activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell hydraulic breakers, multi grapples, rippers, buckets, and other attachments for excavators and wheel loaders across all major equipment brands.
    • Drive sales of spare parts and consumables, including chisels, seal kits, diaphragms, bushes, pins, wear parts, and related products.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for aftermarket products and services.
    • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with contractors, mining companies, quarry operators, infrastructure developers, fleet owners, equipment rental companies, and other key customers.
    • Conduct regular customer visits to assess equipment usage, attachment requirements, maintenance needs, and spare parts consumption while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
    • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales in accordance with company policies.
    • Provide technical guidance on the selection, application, operation, and maintenance of attachments and aftermarket products.
    • Coordinate installation, commissioning, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, machine population, pricing, and customer demand to identify new business opportunities.
    • Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor products, pricing strategies, promotions, and new product launches, and provide recommendations to management.
    • Work closely with the service, parts, and product support teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
    • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, customer visit reports, and other management reports as required.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical business practices.

        Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in aftermarket sales, preferably within the heavy equipment, construction machinery, mining, or industrial equipment industry.
    • Proven experience selling construction equipment attachments, spare parts, wear parts, or related aftermarket products.
    • Strong technical understanding of excavators, wheel loaders, hydraulic attachments, and heavy equipment applications.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.

    Accounts Payables Junior Officer

    Salary:

    • Ksh. 45,000 Gross 

    Our client is seeking a Accounts Payables Junior Officer responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable function, ensuring supplier invoices are accurately processed, reconciled, and paid on time. The role maintains strong vendor relationships, ensures compliance with company policies and statutory requirements, supports financial reporting, and contributes to continuous improvement of the accounts payable process.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Invoice Management

    • Receive, review, verify, and accurately process supplier invoices through the three-way matching process.
    • Ensure invoices comply with company policies and statutory requirements, including VAT, withholding tax, and ETIMS regulations.
    • Maintain accurate invoice registers and organized physical and electronic filing systems.

    Payment Processing.

    • Prepare and process supplier payments, expense reimbursements, and petty cash replenishments in accordance with approved payment terms.
    • Monitor accounts payable ageing to ensure timely payments and optimize available payment discounts.
    • Apply and account for withholding tax and other statutory deductions accurately.

    Vendor Management.

    • Maintain accurate vendor master data and onboard new suppliers in line with company procedures.
    • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships by resolving invoice, payment, and account queries promptly.
    • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve outstanding discrepancies.

    Account Reconciliation

    • Perform regular reconciliations of supplier accounts, accounts payable sub-ledgers, and the general ledger.
    • Reconcile accruals, GRN/GIT accounts, and support month-end closing activities.
    • Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences within agreed timelines.

    Compliance & Internal Controls

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, approval matrices, and statutory requirements.
    • Maintain complete audit trails and support internal and external audits.
    • Identify and escalate control weaknesses, risks, or policy breaches.

    Reporting & Process Improvement

    • Prepare accounts payable ageing reports, payment schedules, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.
    • Analyze payable trends and vendor performance to support decision-making.
    • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
    • CPA Part II, ACCA, or progress towards a professional accounting qualification is an added advantage.
    • 2–4 years' experience in accounts payable, finance, or general accounting.
    • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems.
    • Sound knowledge of Kenyan tax and statutory compliance requirements, including VAT, Withholding Tax, PAYE, and ETIMS.
    • Strong analytical, reconciliation, communication, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

    Our client is seeking an Inventory In-Charge responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficient management of inventory across all warehouses and outlets. The role oversees inventory control, warehouse operations, stock movements, and supplier coordination to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize losses, and support business operations. The incumbent ensures compliance with inventory procedures, accurate system records, and effective coordination with procurement, logistics, sales, accounts, and audit teams.

    Key Responsibilities
    Inventory Control & Accuracy

    • Ensure accurate stock master data, purchase order processing, item coding, valuation, and timely updating of inventory transactions in the ERP system.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations, investigate inventory variances, and implement corrective actions.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records, stock validation reports, and manual bin cards.

    Warehouse & Stock Management

    • Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring proper stock organization, cleanliness, and efficient storage practices.
    • Implement and enforce FIFO and FEFO inventory management principles to minimize expiries and inventory losses.
    • Monitor slow-moving, excess, damaged, and expiring stock, recommending transfers or disposal where appropriate.

    Dispatch & Receiving Operations

    • Supervise the receipt of goods by verifying deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and statutory requirements.
    • Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders and inter-branch transfers with complete supporting documentation.
    • Maintain delivery records and monitor order fulfillment to support operational efficiency.

    Inventory Planning & Supplier Coordination

    • Monitor inventory levels, analyze stock consumption trends, and recommend timely replenishment to prevent stock shortages.
    • Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure efficient stock replenishment and order tracking.
    • Prepare regular inventory reports, including stock status, reorder recommendations, and inventory performance.

    Compliance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

    • Support stock audits, inventory valuation, and compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
    • Maintain accurate inventory documentation and provide inventory movement reports for management and auditors.

    Requirements
